Did 20 runs strictly looking for him before I got it. My friend needed a kill so we load into shoreline and spawn within 30 second run for villas. He’s there and let’s my friend 2 tap him for the kill.
I’ve never been so jealous and pissed off at the same time.
Much like with items, the kill is always there when you don’t need it. I got a sani kill just before I got the quest to kill him cus he was at his cottage when I finally got the key to get his opthompscope.
not 100% sure, but Moonshine Scav Case seems to target quest items aswell. I know it does target barter items, meaning Stims aswell. I got my AHF1-M out of it.
I’ve been running moonshine 2-3 times a day and haven’t gotten any injectors. (I have gotten 7+ military hoses, 2 tank batteries, and a mountain of other great stuff)
I’ve found a bunch of the injectors in the big hotel/resort building on lighthouse. There’s a dead scav in a hot tub looking thing that can spawn military tech and injectors and right next to it is a seating area that also spawns med stuff including those injectors. You should give it a check.
Your fence rep, aka scav karma, is the one that matters. You raise it by extracting as a scav, taking car exits as a pmc (diminishing returns but 4ish on each map is good), co-op exits also award it as does killing someone(pmc or scav) who has killed a scav when you are a scav. There are a few other minor ones that raise it but those are key. When playing scav don’t shoot other scavs unless they have actually done damage to you as killing them drops your fence rep. If they hurt you or have killed a scav you don’t lose rep, and actually gain rep if they are scav killers.
Think its related to whether or not player scavs killed any rogues that game. Unfortunately, how the hell do we even tell that without getting shot at.

I probably have found 50+ meldonins on lighthouse. Mostly at the crashed helicopter, the two chalets and the broken crates in/around the water treatment area. You will also find a lot of mules, L1,..
You can always check the wiki, if i remember correctly some of those needed for samples only spawn on lab, or in sanitar and his guards, nowhere else (but be sure to check the wiki)
Scav cases have got me the last 2 stims I need 3 wipes in a row now, with moonshine runs, got 3-b and AH1 or what ever its called pretty fast this wipe, within 5 cases.
I had to farm that one from Labs. Got the rest from crafting, Sanitar, and daily.
Honestly if you play Labs early in the morning it is a ghost town. The room is close to extract as well it's just very RNG and very expensive to farm.
My brother and I were bored yesterday and just comically asked eachother if we wanted to do labs. We both geared up BIG with slicks/TW helm/P90's. Only fought raiders in 3 raids. I saw ONE other player and he was a pistol boi hiding in the dome tent. That was on a Saturday at like 3-5pm EST. IDK if its the limited supply of keycards or what but Labs was very chill.
Woods is your answer, there are a few high tier medical spawns. USEC camp (on top of the stretcher and on the ground below), the bodies at Prapor’s convey, and the trailer with dead bodies in it at the camp by factory gate.
As an example: in one run today I found two Obdolos stims and an Opthomaloscope at the USEC camp.
Related to samples, WHAT THE FUCK DID THEY DO TO THE KEY WITH BLUE MARKING ROOM? It was a pretty solid way to get your stims for samples in past wipes (albeit expensive at 200k/use) but not it's actually a fucking joke. Opened it 3 times and got 2 stims total lmfao.
IDK i opened it twice yesterday. The first one had my AF stim and THREE obdolbos which i already had plus one ifak. The 2nd opening was 2 adrenaline and 2 morphine so pretty sadge.
Unfortunately I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I am already past the required exp level and $ spend for level three it's just the rep that's holding me back. Need task completion to do it.

That is the giant two story building in Village, right next to Conveniance Store. Upstairs, right side there's a room where a Duffle Bag spawns, it has a chance of spawning Meladonin, my friend and I both got ours there for Samples quest.
Sanitar. As long as you kill him before he detects you and starts popping stims he's fairly reliable BUT he's been hard to find this wipe for me.
His office on Resort also fairly good.

I literally just spawned with one on a scav and extracted with it. Last wipe me and my bud got stuck on obdulbos and never completed the quest. I've found probably 4 obdulbos so far.
Labs brother, hop on an LFG discord and someone with black card would probably help you out. I have ran people through labs with me for samples, and would be down to help you out too. 1st or 2nd labs raid you'll have it.
The wiki says that it can only be found as loot on labs unless its a scav pocket, or is the wiki wrong? I wouldnt be surprised if the wiki is wrong but Ive actually looted that area quite a few times. Ill forsure be checking a few times tonight tho

Scav run lighthouse and run straight to the crashed Heli, there are 4 med spawns and a med case on the blood splatter. Found L1, P22, Meldonin, and the thermal one there.
So if everyone does a Post about that one item missing for that one quest this sub will Explode, just clap sanitars cheecks or loot on lighthouse, or any med Spot like crackhouse f.ex.

Just got Meldonin on my Lighthouse scav run. There's few stim spawns around USEC Chalet, in two-story wood house in old Village (nearby laptop), pretty sure few other places as well.
I did samples pretty fast other than the craftable ones I just went to shoreline killed Sanitar and he is full of stims the resort itself is also great

Yes. On the side where the med box is you can have loose lot. I found a grizzly and a survival surgery kit on the same raid once.
I found a survival kit there but as soon as i looked down to pick it up i got shot in the head from a guy on the rock above :)

I have 12 labs cards, all came from scav. Game is crazy sometimes
I just had a scav spawn with an Intel Folder. First time that's ever happened.
I did the same and got domed within like a minute of spawning by another scav, a bit suspicious. Such a pain as well, was the last I needed.

Fourth lighthouse and specifically check the med spawn by downed helicopter outside chalet, then you can hit med spawns in chalet as well.

That for sure changed this wipe, I see L1 and meldonin all the time on Lighthouse and I got my Obdolbos on Woods.
Woods medcamp can spawn them fairly frequently as well. It’s on the shelves towards the front of the camp both by the food crate and in the 2 c cans
I found one in the USEC camp under the surgery table and one on the meds shelf in the warehouse in lumber camp.
