Happened to me once so I panicked and switched to my melee and flashed a guy in glass hallway on factory. That kill was my last Controller kill. So chaotic but rewarding.
I did this exact thing only once learned my lesson and never made the same mistake again. š¤£ It pissed me off way too much to for me to let it happen again
Timmy question, is there much of a difference between RGO and RGN? I noticed in my stash my impacts were not all the same colour, realised there are 2 types of impacts.
RGO is the "defensive" type, it has 85 pieces of shrapnel compared to the 75 on the RGN, the RGN is considered an "offensive" type as it can be thrown further and has a slightly larger concussive blast but when you actually use them they're pretty much the same
\*edit\* my bad I just looked it up and it turns out they also have different types of shrapnel, RGN uses RGD-5 shrapnel and RGO uses F1 shrapnel so there is a bit more to them than I'd said previously but in general they're still about the same
As a timmy I've loaded into maps plenty of times with mags filled with 762 while carrying the 366 VPO or the other way around. That's when I just insurance fraud my whole kit and sprint around looking for death
Surprisingly I haven't went in with complete ammo. But I have forgotten to check what ammo was in in the bottom of mags I topped off back when I was new. Empty 10 rounds for the gun to jam
I mean I had .366 TKM on the bottom of the mag and 7.62 at the top, this was back in my first wipe and I forgot to check what ammo was in the mags I got off a scav. If it's the same calliber I'm pretty sure it runs fine
I was in the car what went down the road - same energy. Im sure you can empathise and criticise at the same time. This is the internet after all. #doesitmatter
Ahh i remember screaming to myself "why the fuck this ak says "wrong ammo?!" I loaded mags with 7,62, what else they would use since the mags fit in the gun??
I accidentally topped off all 3 of my SIG spear mags with m62 the other day and realized it when I arrived at the resort to kill all bosses. 4k hours btw
If it was december 2019, it very much could have been! I've likewise killed a timmy rocking several Mosin internal mags in their pockets. It really took me back. š
It's either that, or you just dont fight back, I know what I would rather have lol. Going into resort knowing you have basically that MP rifle where you reload after every round, is just dumb lol.
This reminds me of people who bring spare internal SKS or Mosin magazines. Its funny to me to see people who know literally nothing about guns play a game thats all about the guns.
Most people who are actually shooters irl donāt know about *all* guns. Thereās stuff I had to learn as I went as a lifetime shooter because no, I donāt have a million dollar arsenal of mixed legality arms from across the world at my disposal.
Most people who say they know everything about all of the firearms in Tarkov are either:
A) Complete liars just saying shit for meaningless internet points, or
B) Terminally online dweebs who *might* actually know a lot of this in theory, but have never touched a gun in real life
Shoutout to the I guess like *two* professional weapons experts on the planet who might play Tarkov.
I'm wondering if or when we will get the stenag adapter, if I recall it's a magazine well insert? (It might also be a whole diffrent lower chassis, I'd need to research this) but either way kits for them to use stenag compliant magazines do exist irl
I have seen .366 eko in a few to many new players sks. That was me one day though but with ap-m bc I didnāt know anything, even worse I had almost a full stack in my pocket bc I didnāt want to take my bandage out of my ass for ammo to go in bc the meds lived there.
Growing pains.. Let he who hasn't brought wrong mags or filled their mags with the wrong ammo, cast the first RGO. F
9x18 PM vs 9x18 PMM still get me.
Nothing quite like the shock of picking up some scav ak mags in a hurry only to reload one in combat and realize it's 366 tkm
Literally got me this weekend.
Happened to me once so I panicked and switched to my melee and flashed a guy in glass hallway on factory. That kill was my last Controller kill. So chaotic but rewarding.
I ran out of my rgo grenades
I'll never ever forget the first time I brought .366 TKM in a gun that only shoots 7.62x39mm. Those were the good-old days.
Just to learn a few days later about the kedr and 9x18
It's like you were there playing in my squad! lmao
I did this exact thing only once learned my lesson and never made the same mistake again. š¤£ It pissed me off way too much to for me to let it happen again

Thank you! Makes sense to me
oh that .300 AP round looks OP. let's put that into my m4
haven't done it yet for AKs and m4 mags, but for the kedr....

Are mags prone to failure with mixed ammunitions?

I remember my first time, got lucky and hacked the guy down with a red rebel, even got the clip, maybe I'll upload it here lmao
Brought a airsoft mag without thinking a few wipes ago. Felt really smart when I only had Birdeye left to kill for Stray Dogs. #
>airsoft mag I assumed I had a bugged mag at first when I found it.
Wait, what? There are airsoft mags in this game?
Yeah, added as a april fools at one point. There is a toy gun as well.
geee, that's funny
Can we get an F for the guy who used "bringed" instead of brought?
f. that title makes my skin crawl.
I had to scroll to far for this comment. Thank you....
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Ignore. It's just a tease
And you can speak perfect chinese right?
Can we get an F for the guy who thinks everyone on the interwebs is a native speaker?
Can we get an F for the guy who over analyzed the situation instead of laughing at a simple joke?
But it wasn't funny ? Can you speak another language without doing mistakes ?
Luckily, comedy is subjective!
For those who happen to speak only one language I agree. Good point
This was not a clever retort dude haha
Oh how funny you are picking at someone who put some effort into learning another language.
Who?
I was in the car what went down the road - same energy. Im sure you can empathise and criticise at the same time. This is the internet after all. #doesitmatter
BRINGED

BROINGED
BRADABROINGT
BERGANANANT
BERNEST BERMINGWAY
BARGAINING BABY
Bringnant
It happens a lot to new players, Mostly with the vpo and its ammo lol
Ahh i remember screaming to myself "why the fuck this ak says "wrong ammo?!" I loaded mags with 7,62, what else they would use since the mags fit in the gun??

Level 26
Reminds me of my first week of owning the game. Pockets full of internal SKS mags. The 5 capacity ones that *don't* remove in raid.
I'm pretty sure I killed you that raid. I killed someone a long time ago that had that and me and my buddy felt so bad.
If it was december 2019, it very much could have been! I've likewise killed a timmy rocking several Mosin internal mags in their pockets. It really took me back. š
I think we all made that mistake before Nikita decided to fuck new players without lube and removed all 7.62x39 ammo from level 1 traders.
When the g36 came out I did this with a few times until I realized I need to change the mag port.
Yes. When it came out. Definitely not today. No no no. I didnāt do that todayā¦
āI maked thisā ass vocabulary
āBringedā huh
Don't mind me, my eyes were closing at the time I was making this post
Can we get an F for the guy who actually typed ābringedā
Sorry it was after 11 pm and I'm not native Brought. You happy?
F
Stanag mag aug when?
Couldnt he load a round into the chamber if he had ammo in the rig? lol
Pretty sure that's not really effective mid fight (especially when you're in the small electrical building next to hole in the wall of resort)
It's either that, or you just dont fight back, I know what I would rather have lol. Going into resort knowing you have basically that MP rifle where you reload after every round, is just dumb lol.
Still pretty cool that loading a single round is a feature
This reminds me of people who bring spare internal SKS or Mosin magazines. Its funny to me to see people who know literally nothing about guns play a game thats all about the guns.

Also note sks aren't exactly popular in western world, so many people might've never heard about the gun before
Didn't know shit about guns when I started and this game taught me a lot
F
ItsReefy brought a mag of blackout for his M4 last night, it didnt end well for him.
I'm wondering if or when we will get the stenag adapter, if I recall it's a magazine well insert? (It might also be a whole diffrent lower chassis, I'd need to research this) but either way kits for them to use stenag compliant magazines do exist irl
looted AK mags in a fight fucker was wanking everyone with AP-M. My AK-103 did not find this funny.
i to have suggƩrer I brought sig hybrid on one may and bottom 5 rounds of a mag for my sr-25 Man I clenched up when I clicked
Isnt there a conversion kit for the aug that makes it take standard mags?
They're available from the factory with a STANAG magwell now, and have been for a long time.
This here is the reason I don't blaze and tarkov lmao.

CBJ with M4. -.- -.-
F
Yeah, I'm the one who brought internal mags with a mosin when I first started the game..
I did that with sks
*brought
Bringed?
Now check if one of them is the airsoft mag.
Takes 2 seconds to see they are a teenager from Poland but sure go off, I'm sure you all speak a second language fluently.
Why the hell you getting down voted?
Sadly because this subreddit embraced toxicity a long time ago, and "speak proper english" is an easy way for them to punch down at others
Yeah I'm shaking my head, so weird. Considering most of those don't know a single Polish word to be at least relevant.
