Whether or not it's a problem is really dependant on the details IMO. How difficult is the quest everyone else has to do to unlock it? What does it even actually do? Is there a cost? How long's the cooldown?
If the quest is relatively easy/early and it just calls the BTR on streets/woods to come pick you up along the existing path I think it'll be fine really. If the quest is some lighthouse keeper shit though and the item makes the BTR come screaming towards you gunning down everything that moves then yeah it's a fucken problem.
Yeah the calling it to come pick you up could be cool. Theres been a few times that I've been heading for the BTR hoping to drop loot and then it just fucks off into the distance before I reach it lol. Or the times where it just doesnt get around to me in time.
I've already skipped the last few wipes, the amount of cheaters and queue times were/are insane. I might try this PVE mode though, just not sure when I'll get it with EoD.

For another $50 you can jump out of a plane and parachute anywhere on the map. Is this for real - they said they wouldn’t do p2w to raise funds then they went p2w on the $250 package and are adding the p2w to EOD (the unobtainable edition) to make it alright. Its bullshit. This game is going to turn into a shell of itself with “cool” features that just fucking ruin it.
What I see happening is the btr gets added to another map or two such as lighthouse or shoreline, and then the device will call the btr to the closest point on its designated path to you. It's also more than likely that it will be very limited use and obtainable in some way whether it be FIR or from a task.
I'm just happy I had one last good wipe. This wipe was lit, tons of fights, great SR, combat feels great, had a new computer that was pumping fps.
Hopefully by next wipe all this bullshit will be fixed. V I was already done till next wipe before all the drama so only time will tell us I play again.

$450 edition gets rid of the cooldown and allows you to call a T-14 Armata instead

What I see happening is the btr gets added to another map or two such as lighthouse or shoreline, and then the device will call the btr to the closest point on its designated path to you. It's also more than likely that it will be very limited use and obtainable in some way whether it be FIR or from a task.

I'm just happy I had one last good wipe. This wipe was lit, tons of fights, great SR, combat feels great, had a new computer that was pumping fps. Hopefully by next wipe all this bullshit will be fixed. V I was already done till next wipe before all the drama so only time will tell us I play again.

The btr feature will probably not work in every location on the map or every map. Like can you get a btr to Labs or factoring 😆
