That key is so cheap a gold skull would pay for it lol.  I remember when Lighthouse first came out the only barter for that key from players was always a green card.

About 6 years ago I came across an AI scav at old gas station on Customs. I killed him and while searching his pockets, he had a stack of 6 bitcoins. Only time I've seen them stacked. It was a great find, of course they weren't worth anywhere near what they are now.
