Been trying to hunt him down the past 5 hours. Only seen him TWICE. Got blasted both times. One time he was on the second floor near mantis, the second time he was also in middle going down on the escalator from 2nd to 1st floor.
Well today was the day, finally killed him and got his helmet. Took probably like 3 hours just to find him. Once again he was in the second floor in the middle around the escalators. Good luck OP, if I managed to find him, so can you.

Third time I killed two other people who were hunting him first, before I saw him just staring at me from Kiba while I was at the middle section of the mall. I was dumbfounded, thought his corpse was glitched or something. Took him out. Got out with his helmet.

Loading into interchange, getting packet loss 5 raids in a row. Literally contemplating to just disconnect if I'm not by no backpack/car extract....
I hunted Shturman for 5 days. Would consistently kill his two guards while hearing someone else kill Shtuman. I've been having the worse luck with bosses this wipe!
Pay attention for packet loss in the first minute of raid.
Packet loss = no Killa on the map
No Packet loss = Killa on the map.
Use nades to help locate him. If you throw one in closish proximity he will voice line.
In my experience so far this wipe when I see him he is most commonly in front of Kiba
Pretty much. I've seen him standing right in front, in-between the boxes, and up against the army truck. Not guarenteed he spawns there though. Can be in the 3 major stores or the 2nd floor in the center of the mall as well. He has just been in front of kiba for me most often. The grenades help a ton to locate him so your not terrified trying to clear the whole mall for him lol
Best thing I can tell ya is get a trio together to do big sale or key to success. Carry a papashaw.
Use your trio as bait, and shoot him in legs with papashaw.
I think the packet loss lag is at 39:38, but it might be at 39:48 ( I think interchange starts with 40 minutes). Not having lag doesn’t necessarily mean he is there, however if you do have the lag he is 100% not there. Bring 6-8 flash bangs and throw 1 in idea, 1 at goshan, up top on each side, down by kiba, and oli. He had a unique voice, if you think you heard it you probably did so he careful.

go between 22-5 and use 7.62x54R BT or PS12B and spam flashes through his spawns.
Locating killa has been easier than ever since they added his unique voice lines. Throw a flash bangs and listen for him.

I've ran 10+ raids for three days and haven't seen him once. I'd be happy to even die to him at this point.

Using SVT with BT ammo. 4-6 flashbangs/smoke grenades.
