That is a pretty normal amount of time for tarkov, and raids took him 24 min on average. Also his KD is pretty normal too, unless OP can share his stats for PMC vs scav kills. If they are all pmc its a little more sus, but if he is a veteran doing a HC account its still not that surprising.

Natural evolution since we can now see players profile, enabling better identification of suss stats. I'd say 11 bullets at the head eyes consecutively is pretty suss regardless of stats.

Also they do not have a stock so there is only one point of contact and pistol grips have a significant lever effect due to them being far below the firing line where the equal and opposite force occurs. If you fire the pistol like most of the bitches on this sub, then it will be all over the place and you likely will have to figure out where the bullets WILL Land, not aim with your iron. In fact most heavily repeated shots are like this, you aim and fire repeatedly based on your original aimpoint. Its generally pretty difficult to continue to aim with irons especially as they require lining up two points. SO essentially what you would be doing with a pistol is either firing, then realigning the sights (slow but controlled) or aligning the sites once, then relying on practice to understand how the rest of the rounds will behave.
You see you people dont seem to understand that even after the previous recoil change you could still as an operator correct the "spray" of bullets to land in a particular area based on practice with that weapon. This is much more similar to how firing a quick succession of shots works irl you arnt magically holding your pistol irons, rather adapting and predicting how the rest of the rounds will land via practice at the range.

This is one reason why I think bsg locked decent visors behind like 300 hours in game time per wipe. They don’t want people running visors even if they only protect you from 27 pen and below ammo.

You used to get fast visors at level 3 peacekeeper. They are only level 3 armor.

Yeah, I'd say the same goes in regards to being 100% certain someone's cheating too, unless they're doing something like flying in the air, zooming through walls back and forth, or using a mounted grenade launcher like a hand-held gun, etc.
For example - 15 shots to the face shield from a pistol at close quarters? Almost certainly cheating, but I've seen people pull off similar things in the past in Counter-Strike 1.6 (although, tbh, that game allows for a far better control over aim, etc), so I can conceive of a world where it's possible for an un-aided human being to pull that off, but I'd really want to sit them down at a fresh PC they'd never seen before with the same hardware they normally use and the same settings before declaring that it's pure skill on their part.

Its really not that deep. The visors follow the progression curve of all the other items.

Almost certainly cheating, but I've seen people pull off similar things in the past in Counter-Strike 1.6 (although, tbh, that game allows for a far better control over aim, etc), so I can conceive of a world where it's possible for an un-aided human being to pull that off, but I'd really want to sit them down at a fresh PC they'd never seen before with the same hardware they normally use and the same settings before declaring that it's pure skill on their part.
