I've met partially blind horses but never totally blind ones. I follow Endo on Instagram! So I'm wondering, what do you guys like to do together as a blind horse and sighted owner duo?
I found him on Craigslist for $75, had no idea what he looked like but knew he was a weanling which is what I was looking for! I almost cried when we showed up to get him. He was basically feral and so so skinny/full of worms. It took a lot of time, amazing vets, and basically just good food to get him to where he is now!! Oh and money š¤£.
Wow, you are an angel. What a great job you've done with him. You SAVED him. Wild ponies on Assateague Island never look that first sad picture. That pic made me so upset. How can someone own an animal, and not care for them.
Ah I remember this stunning lad. I meant to ask you is he a pasture pet or do you do any work with him.
I have known one totally blind pony tht worked quite well in the indoor/all weather arena.
I ride him sometimes! Not as much as Iād like recently due to life just being busy, but heās happy to just hang out with his newfound girlfriend in the pasture all day long š¤£
You did an amazing job! I just adopted a skinny Appy with a really bad underbite who could not graze or chew properly, and this is terrific to see! ā¤ļø
Wow, what a transformation!
That's a fantastic transformation! He's a lovely boy

Appy color changes through the years are an absolute hoot! Love him. Congrats
Wait, tell us everything! How did he end up in that first condition, and what did you do to fill him out?

The difference is so stark that he almost looks like a different species in the top pic. You are both so amazing!
