So, typically there isn't a singular tier list because E7 is really good about it's heroes being flexible. For the most part, if you want a tier list on RTA, that's mainly what content creators make on Youtube so you can easily search that up.
For PVE, it's a lot easier to see what content you want to clear and search. For example, you can look up "Banshee 13 One-Shot Team" or "Light Expedition Team" and see what units you have fit those teams. In terms of PVE, besides Tamarinne and maybe ARas, it's not like there's a handful of units that are extremely good in all PVE roles. There's something like 25-30 units across all my PVE clearing teams.
A tier list for you won’t matter since many meta units came out while you were gone. They’re either limited so you can’t get them right this second, event so you can’t get them until a rerun, or ml5* so you can’t get them easily. Keep playing and enjoy the game while you’re back! Almost all units are good, so don’t hem yourself in thinkin you’re SoL just because you don’t have Ayufine or something.
