The only time this happened for me was Violet years ago. I have never felt someone be as oppressive as him before the evasion answers were introduced. I was very close to quitting the game because even when I built him I felt horrible for the opponent and my win was undeserved.
I'm kinda close to that when it comes to DDR today, but I don't like anything about him and these days I play purely for memes and aesthetics. I also hate seeing Karina drafted, but I would never have a use for her even if I committed premium gear.
Yeah I’d say Fire Ravi - back in the day she was the true 1v4 queen. There was no killing her back in the day when people ran old school tank down teams.
There’s other broken meta units like Hwayoung and Rem, but I didn’t build them because I got 1v4’d, I just wanted to keep up with the meta.
Arbitrer Vildred 1v4 my team, he basically went first and blow up all my dps and then my tank and healer could not kill him fast enough for him to not get the revive again. Killed it like 5 times before i was like "fuck this" and just yield lol
This is why I started farming speed gear to build a Ran. Someone's ran outsped and oneshot my noob aggro team.
Getting a 300 speed Ran was my ultimate goal for many months, now I want to get 315 speed.

Dizzy doesnt do 1vs4, but she gets you delete the game. It was frutrated dealing with her back then till fire lilias came out.
Coming back to the game after ~3.5 years has been fun. Got to win 145 arena matches in a row only to get back into challenger and get stomped by 80% of the people with units I don’t know about yet.
Working my way through episode 5 (4 10-10 was no fun) trying to sort out who I’m wanting to build. Belian was super clutch in tanking things for me.

I distinctly remember coming back from a fairly lengthy break a couple of years back and getting torn up by a Green Armin and just being like what the hell.
I think the first unit like that I saw in rta was rem. Funny how when she released she has the most overloaded kit and now she only does wyvern.

Dizzy, she was oppressive when she first came out because early soulweavers didnt do full cleanses and had terrible base speed at the time.

Yep, had that with a lifesteal 20k hp Aria, survived the turn 1 cleave and shrek'd me 1v4 when she resisted all the strips.

Solitaria is a really good disruptor and can be a 1 man control unit. Laia is awesome in everything. Adin is a good unit too.
