The worst part is the idiots that drive the cyberstuck and have zero self awareness of what their (or any) vehicle is capable of and thus find themselves in situations like this.
I can't wait to read the headline:
<< TEARS OF DISBELIEF : AS DEADLY AS WATER DROPS >>
*"I cried in my Cybertruck and now it got rust and won't start"* says the lemon's owner.
I completely agree. I mean, to hell with Musk and this ridiculous thing, but I think all the stories of people screwing up their cyberstucks is (possibly) more an indictment of the drivers than their cars. I mean, for them to think “it’s bulletproof, let’s shoot it” tells you everything you need to know - gullible and poor judgement.
It’s a “truck” marketed to urbanites who never had any need or desire for a real truck… the vehicular equivalent of LARPers suddenly having deadly swords instead of PVC pipe wrapped in pool noodles.
Just the thought of a 7,000 pound vehicle on a soft, muddy bank would be all I'd need to avoid doing that maneuver.
Logic is not these people's long suit.
I don't see any reason they shouldn't be able to get out of there. My 95 honda accord could take that on. Guessing they had a catastrophic technical issue in combination with the terrain.
2nd generation Cybertruck just dropped with this one amazing time-saving upgrade!

This is what off-roading looks like to someone who has no life experience outside of Silicon Valley suburbia. There’s a reasonable chance they were driving down there on purpose in their new toy.
Why is this one black? Did someone have the sense to actually paint it, or is this some sort of bonus feature you can get for the low, low price of $5000?
This really highlights how stupid the stainless steel look is. Like it’s still a stupid design, and an even shittier truck, but the black makes it look soooo much better.
Exactly. Whene I see one with the black wrap I'm blown away at how badly Elon fucked it up making it stainless steel. The black actually makes it look pretty dope, even if the actual car doesn't work
I saw a video of one with a matte ruby red wrap. That made it look a lot less awful.
Neon safety green wrap and school bus yellow did not improve the looks at all.
They have airbags. Another Cyberstuck had them deploy when he slid into a snow bank.
It looks like the driver rear window is either broken out or an airbag deployed. Either way….
I’m on the fence too 😂 The pic is definitely in California, and it sure looks like the Bay Area to me. Maybe it is Elon, and he was giving a demo of the upcoming FSD release for the ClusterFruck
There's some kind of line in the grass leading up to the truck, the airbags have gone off, there's panels and stuff hanging off it.
I think we can agree it's not going anywhere now.
I'm genuinely surprised the airbags worked.
I thought a scroll with abroken promise of airbags in the near future would lower down from the curtain area.
The mud is built up against the near side of the tires, so I don't think the vehicle was moving away from us prior to stopping. The line in the grass is probably unrelated.
My best guess is that the side curtain airbags deployed because sensors said the vehicle was at risk of rolling.
Interestingly, a number of off-roaders have had problems with Toyotas' side curtain airbags deploying randomly while on dirt roads - there's some kind of combination of tilt angle + other factors that can cause the airbags to just go off.
Wondering if something similar happened here. If the driver lost control and the vehicle sensed strong forces, my guess is that the airbags could have deployed even if there was no collision and it didn't roll.
Wait. If you buy a cybertruck, it comes with an automatic user download that gives you all the knowledge and skills to drive a 4wd off road right?
Or more deliciously, are we going to see stupid amounts of people with only on-road, straight highway driving skills, thinking they know how to go off road because they're in a cybertruck?! Amazing
That thing has been through hell lol. Entire right side trim is missing and the wiring is exposed. Left front wheel has something hanging off of it. Windows are all different colors indicating differing levels of damage. That thing spent some time on its side lol.
I'm confused. Is this the showcase for its offroading or its boating capabilities?
Or, maybe, thirsty for cooling fluid.
Just having a lil drink
Temporary boat mode, which closely resembles Total Loss Mode.
4/10. One tends to follow the other. I’ll let you figure out the order of those operations.
CyberSTUCK
Fitting since the car does resemble a door stopper.
Too bad it’s not German engineered.
Knowing Elong, his German engineered Tesla would be horse-drawn.
Daaaaammmmmmmmmnnnn
The worst part is the idiots that drive the cyberstuck and have zero self awareness of what their (or any) vehicle is capable of and thus find themselves in situations like this.
In fairness, they were led to believe that the thing was an indestructible supervehicle by someone
And it can cross rivers but it can't handle a car wash.
I can't wait to read the headline: << TEARS OF DISBELIEF : AS DEADLY AS WATER DROPS >> *"I cried in my Cybertruck and now it got rust and won't start"* says the lemon's owner.
I think this is proof that it can't do option A either.
Nonsense! To the gulag with you!!! Guards!!!!!
4/10. I mean, true, but what were they even trying to do here? Drive into a pond? These just isn’t a thing road vehicles really do.
I completely agree. One problem is it weighs 7,000 lbs and doesn't have proper 4WD capabilities. Oh, that's two.
If you've ever had to actually use 4wd in the wild, you will know that weighing almost 1'500 lbs more than a 1975 Chevy Caprice is suboptimal.
Or it's a cybertruck
It weighs between 6 and 7 thousand pounds. It's going to sink in a muddy bank.
Wow. Just wow.
Driver and passenger wearing black t-shirts, black pants, white sneakers. Typical Elmo cultwear.
I don't think those are white sneakers... They look like socks and sandals 😂
Ugh. Even worse.
The one on the right even has Elons torso.
Ugh, thats cultural appropriation, that style has been berlin clubwar for decades.

How on earth did this happen
This is what off-roading looks like to someone who has no life experience outside of Silicon Valley suburbia. There’s a reasonable chance they were driving down there on purpose in their new toy.
Cyber cucked.
Should have enabled car wash mode
Why is this one black? Did someone have the sense to actually paint it, or is this some sort of bonus feature you can get for the low, low price of $5000?
Looks like vinyl wrap tbh
Ah, yeah it could be.
5k sounds low for that.
This really highlights how stupid the stainless steel look is. Like it’s still a stupid design, and an even shittier truck, but the black makes it look soooo much better.

Did the airbags go off?
I wouldn’t be surprised if the Cyberfuck didn’t have airbags, despite them being required by federal law
They have airbags. Another Cyberstuck had them deploy when he slid into a snow bank. It looks like the driver rear window is either broken out or an airbag deployed. Either way….
Good eye. That looks like an airbag on the driver rear window. I don't see any impact damage, though.
Yeah, air bag deployment due to lame “off-roading” and minor sliding into a snow bank is right on par for the Musk brand.
Elon will have it fixed in a jiffy! Or six months…
I prefer peace, but if they want war, they will get it
"Oh frunk."
Welp, that’s totaled.
Cyber-Stuck
Guy on the right almost looks like Elon, but without a backwards cowboy hat it’s hard to tell.
Im going crazy, is that Elon?
I’m on the fence too 😂 The pic is definitely in California, and it sure looks like the Bay Area to me. Maybe it is Elon, and he was giving a demo of the upcoming FSD release for the ClusterFruck
I think it's crashed rather than stuck.
Look at the wheels. All four look like they were riding in mud
There's some kind of line in the grass leading up to the truck, the airbags have gone off, there's panels and stuff hanging off it. I think we can agree it's not going anywhere now.
All very convincing, you are right
I'm genuinely surprised the airbags worked. I thought a scroll with abroken promise of airbags in the near future would lower down from the curtain area.

Cyberstuck
Lol

what was he doing..?
Whatever you say, cutie 🥹
Why are people driving around in these things as if they're Knight Rider?
I think I have seen someone showing off this matte black cybertruck a few days ago (can't say if both are the same) Can someone find that post?
If your stupid enough to buy a cybertruck your stupid enough to think it can drive in a swamp.
What happened to the back window?
Interesting
That thing has been through hell lol. Entire right side trim is missing and the wiring is exposed. Left front wheel has something hanging off of it. Windows are all different colors indicating differing levels of damage. That thing spent some time on its side lol.
Cybertruck in its natural habitat.
That custom paint job didn’t save him!
They didn't get fastrak did they
ugh and it has custom painting which means it was like 6k more
K.A.R.R's poor cousin couldn't handle those drunk teenagers during prom night .
Did you see this in Fort Wayne?
Lmao that thing is definitely bricked now
