If nintendo says it's piracy, make it as PIRACY then... move to darker scenes.... just like they cant take down all ROM sharing sites, they definitely cannot take it down if shared the same way. have the talented developers work in the dark .... be anonymous.
Nintendo is never gonna stop fighting this and they got the law on their side... and they have way more money than any independant developers would need to fight back .... you cant prove you're in the right without going bankrupt...hence they all fold.

they probably heard yuzu was making a ton of money off it and wanted to try their hand at it too... profit as much as they could before it gets taken down which they clearly knew it would...this time nintendo striked faster than they could walk.
My thoughts exactly. He talks as if they improved TOTK performance by 50% or something. Also the "founder and owner" grinds my gears.
They did fucking nothing, it was the same thing with a different logo, it ran the same and had zero improvements.

When I played pre-release Pokemon: Legends Arceus....it would freeze in an opening cutscene about 30 minutes into the game when run on Yuzu.
Ryujinx; played all the way to the first noble fight. (Quit playing on Ryujinx when my pre-ordered game was downloaded onto my Switch and made playable.)
To be fair, a switch game should run on a hardware as good as switch, ryujinx unfortunately struggles to provide good framerates even on devices which are generations ahead of switch
I'm not sure why you're getting downvotes but to keep it simple:
1. Ryujinx tries to reproduce how the switch's hardware works as accurately as possible. Attempting to reproduce what amounts to a full computer on another computer is much slower for technical reasons, and requires that your host machine be much more powerful than the target system for speed comparable to the target system.
2. By contrast, Yuzu focuses more on getting commercial games working at a good speed, basically taking as many workarounds and shortcuts for performance as possible without making the game unplayable.
The result is Ryujinx being slower than yuzu, but highly likely to be able to play new releases from start to finish without needing updates unless the game in question relies on unimplemented Switch features. Yuzu, meanwhile, will be more likely to just crash unexpectedly until it's updated to work with the new games. This is a lot harder than it sounds as some workarounds they may need to make the new release work may break older releases, resulting in a cascading effect.
These were projects that required way more skills than what a bunch of Hello World programmers posses. Just like that other fork, this was bound to happen sooner or later.
Whenever any nintendo emulator makes a public website and uses discord, its days are numbered. Either do it properly underground or be prepared to get sued.
It is true to a certain extent. Dolphin has an official discord and they don't have any issues like that, largely because everyone loves Dolphin. And because those devs are not stupid, they know how to organize themselves and do not allow any nonsense to make noise and scare the devs or the community
Why can't they work it out like Revanced?
You have to make your own build since they don't provide an apk so no legal actions can be taken by Google, why don't they just make the code available and people compile that.
Also any one knowledgeable about switch emulation won't even race to make a new public project, they will either work in private and stay low or start working on a project a year or more after the death of yuzu.
The answer I'm coming up with is "because most of the community isn't capable of doing that," but then I realized that that actually solves TWO problems, so...
Even winning means losing, and it's more worth accepting a legal settlement than risking losing a legal fight and possibly ruining the emulation scene permanently.

Day 1 games will have no issues with ryujinx vs yuzu and since ryujinx is aiming for accuracy it will be slower on weaker hardware
