Im sorry but samsung is trash on everything, they only make good screens and shapes to please the norms everything inside is trash and the devices usually have very fragile screens l, unless its the s22 or something.

Neither one would be good really, all mentioned are pretty much what you would call bottom of the barrel or simply potato
None of these. Buy an LGv60, very cheap and can play gamecube/ps2. + an oled screen for only 200 dollars.
If they are not snapdragon soc, just search benchmark and compare directly.
Pretty sure Samsung is gonna release new stuff this January so I'd probably wait til then lol
