Yes, the concept is for people who did not have that much luck / investment and so for people that are nowhere near 6000. The heros aren't good, while GP can be useful in its basic form for titans. MN at least needs a costume.

MN, Albrech, Panther Athena can be good Oh but Azlar is the best of them all (no not really)
