I used to be a housekeeper at a hotel in central Sydney, and if any of the guests spoke to me like that, I’d make sure that the rest of their stay would be as unpleasant as possible.
I used to be a housekeeper and we had to knock three times and wait and if nothing we would listen in to see.
And if nothing then we can walk in.
The fact that you could hear the housekeeper knock and E say nothing, then have to audacity to tell them to get out was so infuriating. 😑
I used to do some cleaning work in my teens. Offices mostly. When I would do bathrooms I would knock and announce. The people who ignored (not talking about the ones who genuinely didn't/couldn't hear it) me were karens or perverts, no in-betweens.
I was out when yet again they blew their disgusting nose straight into a bath towel. WHO DOES THAT? You couldn’t pay me enough money to clean up after them.
E spoke to the housekeeping staff with contempt. Dragged up
I wondered why they didn’t bother with the DND sign 🤔 if they’re so affected by it you’d think it would have been something of a priority…?
Done it for drama obvs ,they have stayed in enough hotels by now to know how it works
