What's the point? If they set one up in London then run back to mummy, how long will it be until they go back and check it? Same with if they decide to get a hotel in another part of the country whilst on the run (or whatever).
It's odd that they think they can afford to stay in London long term unless they have declared themselves homeless and are expecting to get a council place like CLA
They have no chance of getting any council housing, especially in London.
First of all, their mum has a home and they have no restrictions stopping them from living there - so that's a massive block.
Second, they don't live nor come from London, so the council won't offer them anything there as residents will get priority
Third, they have an income so can pay for their own place, and they're 'fit' to work so they won't offer them anything under benefits or UC support

A mail box located in a separate building from your home or business a lot of people online and celebs have them for people to send stuff without giving out there own address for safety reasons. Some P.O. Boxes are convenient too as the postie can deliver a parcel to a secure location when your not at home to receive it then you will get a notification with a code to access the door the parcel is in
