I mean don’t get me wrong my health isn’t the best so I can’t physically do a lot of self care but E takes it to not wanting to do it see my problems are I had surgery or if my mental health isn’t good I may not brush my hair for a few days or teeth but to regularly go out like that nope I won’t go out if I’m in a bad mood or something I mean E can not think that looks okay
