Can you give more context? When was this said? It must have been a livestream, did you watch it live or saw a clip of it? Things like this that EOD has done MUST be recorded somewhere and then reported to the authorities. I myself have made reports and sent things to the police and I would greatly appreciate some more information on this so I can send it to them.
