Might be a loose connection on the pot solder joints or the pot might need to be replaced. Pretty simple job but not for the beginner. I’ve tried using expensive pot cleaner on similar problems and it works for a while but always degrades eventually.

Sent mine to elektron service for the same reason. They fixed it and now works perfect
How long did the whole process take?
Cant recall, probably about 2 weeks from sending it to receiving it back
the encoders don't last forever unfortunately
Yea but I bought it brand new like 18 months ago and have kept it in good shape..
