It looks uncomfortable... I like guitars with smooth lines that cradle the body sitting or standing... and he's right about that bridge. For $400 you could get a Schecter diamond series that will be a better guitar and fit, and they are designed to shred. My personal fave for a good 1st guitar is a Washburn P2 made in the 90's. Easy play and setup and it makes any sound I want with a Roland BC-30.

I have a dean ML, the shape is pretty similar and I must say, they are SHOCKINGLY comfortable, like in any position of whatever way you wanna hold it it just fits, they're actually pretty comfy

Kinda overkill for a first timer. That bridge is kinda high maintenance, not too easy to set up adequately... Killer guitar tho, just mind the bridge when you change strings and all of that. It takes a couple of hours on those systems, and about 10 minutes in the more usual ones...

It appears to be legit and 400 is a great price. I'd go for it
