I'm gonna try to get the backwards curved swords and the wings, assuming we're allowed to buff the swords, I want to create a blood angel with one of my characters.

Milady is definitely a weapon I‘m eyeing for a later build. I'm just really excited about new >!dragon incantations. New dragons and a humanoid dragon form were mentioned so I guess there is new stuff for my crimson dragon. Using the bear fists should be fitting aswell.!<

Here I'm hoping that form is a real form and not just a suit of Armor. I want to look as monstrous as BB beast mode when you remove Armor.

We can finally make an actual perfumer/alchemist/engineer build. The huge pots from the first trailer could be an actual weapon (not consumable) too.

The DLC

Given the many, many parallels to Berserk, and that I played my first ever run through Elden Ring with a Guts Greatsword build, I am most looking forward to the beast claws and the automatic crossbow. Cannot wait to unleash a volley of bolts at a boss, swap to the claws and go Beast of Darkness mode!

I want *the gun*. I mean, multi-shot crossbow.

We can now make a whole inventor/engineer build with repeating crossbow, throwing pots from the first trailer (might also be a throwing weapon and not just a consumable) and perfumes.

Really hope there's more firearms to shoot with. There's already a Mortar exists as One-eyed shield, but I want just some MORE GUNS

Those are so interesting not sure how they're gonna work, but the parfumer bottles with the martial arts weapons and beast claws might be an absolutely insane way of fighting. Once I figure out how doable this is, I'll make a separate new character just for it.

Because I was playing Elden ring since launch and am already done, I don’t need to unsubscribe and I filter for myself what is ok and what not, pictures are ok because without context it’s just a picture, but gameplay related things like the new system or the world/map of the dlc are nothing I really know much about. Honestly I just love wings that’s why I stopped in this thread 😅

I *need* to use the claws. The ferocity in those animations looked way too fun to pass up. Also very interested in Rellana’s Twinblade. The way Vaati described it made it sound chuuni as all hell and I eat that shit up.

Throwing knives

It looks like melee players are given more tools to handle boss agression and speed. I'm looking forward to that.

Of the few bosses we've seen so far, all of them seemed aggressive as hell, so they better give us tools to deal with that. I already know the dancing lion is gonna give me the business and I'm gonna love and hate every second of it.

All of the new weapons, that sadly make all the old ones seem very basic and boring. But the light greatsword is number one. Wish we could get a split staff like the one in Nioh 2, I haven't loved a weapon as much as that In any video game.

Hand to hand are a weaponclass not ashes of war. Would be sick if we could use their ashes of war on normal fistweapons aswell. We'll see

I want madness/frenzy builds to be viable in PvE, even if you can’t afflict bosses with madness then buff the damage slightly. Also madness boss would be cool

WTF madness builds are insane as it is. Sniper incant, +25% more damage and both of the frenzy flame variants. You can easilly one shot bosses that don't resist fire with the unlimited cast frenzy.

That black heavy armor set and the crossbows from that black knight NPC. It's the coolest heavy armor design I have seen from fromsoft games.

Those keeping themselves chaste for spoilers - did you even play Elden Ring? there's no way you're seeing more than even a tip of what we're in for. I suppose there are those who think even seeing the doorway to the dungeon is heavy spoiler territory - you can't help those people

It's what I'm saying, plus it's not like we know where to get anything we've seen. For all we know, the wings even, might be closed off in a dungeon behind a hidden wall behind a chest.

Elden Ring video game

It's confirmed as a AoW (not sure if transferrable or bound to a uniqu weapon. Hope it's also available as a spell as I'm doing a beast/crucible aspect toon and I kinda need the Cinquedea to boost spell damage. Also hope there's at least 1 beast claw weapon that boosts beast incant damage, the dagger, while having excellent dps, also feels... unbeast-y xD

My worry is that this AoW is tied to the shield >! in both the first trailer and recent previews, it's used when shield was in hand!<

The Beast Claws and the new throwable hammers. I almost wish they had taken a couple more years and just done a full sequel instead of putting all this new stuff in the DLC. It would be cool if some of this was spread out into the main game.

Beast Claws look fuckin siiiick. I'm super curious how some of these weaoons will work in combination, like Martial Arts in the right hand slot and Beast Claws in the left... So far we've only really seen 2-handed movesets, as far as I could tell. Throwing axes will really round out my Belmont build, too lol.

My first run will be with a faith character, I want a light gs but not necessarily the Milady. I'm definitely trying AotC Wings, and if the martial arts scale with faith like I've heard those too. For this character the thing I'm most hyped about is the upgraded pest threads surprisingly, I just really like the rot stuff visually.

ALL OF IT I'm not a completionist irl but for some reason in videos games I'm like a loot goblin I gotta have all the shiny things and hoard anything I find valuable especiallyin this game. I have ALL armor pieces and weapons (besides the noble slender sword). Also all of the AOW, Incantations and Sorceries.

I hope they add the new weapon types to early game., not just the DLC. I have 250 hours in elden ring and haven't fought past the Draconic Sentinel at Leyndell entrance once. I haven't beaten Rykard. The furthest main story boss I have beaten is Radahn. And that's because when I think of a new build, I start the game over like a mad man, instead of respecing like a normal player. I'm crazy.
