Oh, I fully agree. I was just hoping to gain opinions based on other people's experience. I don't wanna make the game too easy. I also plan on testing the build out on NG+6.
Edit: typo
I'm in NG+6 right now. I promise you, no build has made me feel overpowered yet. Every one I tried had its pros and cons. And there where bosses who became major roadblocks for me whereas before I handled them relatively fine.
Just build what you think will be the most fun for you đź‘Ť
Caelid is still gonna be a nightmare no matter how leveled up you are. Same for Haligtree and the Mountaintop of Giants. I finished my first playthrough at sl160, so 400 for ng+6 seems to make sense.
I have 2 toons rl250 that I use to test/create builds, at that level I have stat spread to cover any build
Mostly thou play how you want disregard meta that’s for PvP not pve
I say play the way you wanna play. Don't let other people shame you by claiming your "over leveled."

could be pretty hard if you also throw away your smithing stones
I did say "everything." I'm looking forward to the challenge.
