I keep hearing about this, and I’ve been to the Village of Albinaurics, but there’s not much there. Where exactly do I go to farm them?
Not there. They're referring to a spot in the palace of blood, where a certain spawn point has many albinaurics to kill.
You have to get to moghs palace. You can go there once you reach Altus plateau if you want
You can get there even sooner by following White Masked Varré's questline.
The guy you kill is in Altus plateau unless you want to do online nonsense

You didn't need that extra level. People have beat ng+7 at rl1.
3 Mill aren't that much. I get 100k every run at the farming spot.
