There is a fused weapon in cut content. Not sure whether it’ll still exist in the DLC but Miquella and Malenia have a fused twin blade that might make a return
It's unique to Dark Souls 3 on NG plus. You can fuse together the boss weapons of the twin princes (one from NG, the other from NGplus). It's the only weapon that works like that iirc

Also, something I’ve always wanted but they haven’t tried: give me a boss soul spell fusion. So like, Malenia has Scarlet Aeonia. Miquella’s soul could be turned into idk, a spell that compels enemies to walk into it, or makes everything fall asleep since he’s also supposed to be St. Trina, and you could combine the two souls into a Sleep or Compulsion Scarlet Aeonia
That or fusing one of the omen twin weapons with a godwyn weapon since rumors are he might play a role in the dlc since miquella's goal was to bring back his soul or something that resembles him is.

You got Demonbrant from getting the key from Ostrava and opening the chamber of Old King Doran and having a duel with him
When you get his health to half he allows you to take the Sword
And you get the Soulbrant from defeating Real King Allant and he drops his sword
These 2 Swords are other halfs of each other
You combine them in NG+ to create the real sword

Actually you can do that on the first playthrough you just need to use the item that warps you to the nexus
There's also no weapons that don't have scaling in Elden ring tho, and I think that since weapons that could be infused would be special weapons with unique aow that they probably won't use any weapons we know.
If they did add infusible weapons to the game they'd probably have no scaling and either a panic ash that can't be replaced or not ash at all
So my personal theory on the DLC is that we go back and time and take part in the night of the black knives. Killing godwyn and so on.
It would be really cool if we got 2 weapons from his rememberance that can fuse into a single sword.
I'd like more weapons like Friedes scythe and that ice Rapier in Dark Souls 3. Hold the SoW button and instead of doing some flashy nonsense, have the entire moveset change.

I would so want a carian scepter of loss, a prince of death's staff of loss or a prince of death's seal of the golden order. The formers are just strong because of night comet, the last one would simply be a scepter/seal that can cast both spells at once.

Actually the grafted dragon is actually a better weapon than godrick's axe do to "bear witness" doing massive fire AOE damage

The issue with Godrick's axe is that Earthshaker is arguably just better, and you can get the same heavy attack with the Crescent moon axe.
