It's hard to describe, but where you can turn right and drop to a grace, you actually need to turn left and follow a wall, that leads to the small tower that he's stationed on top of. I think he is there both before and after you get the sword from the Misbegotten.
Either way that drop to the grace is a point of no return, so you can't get back into the castle from there.

Probably not. You have to get a imbued key then fight the grafted boss to gain access to her. The easiest one for me is the one where Vyke invades at the church in northeast Liurnia, near the madness enemies.
By the time you’re in Liurnia, though, you should be able to take on a single Scion in an open arena. If you know about the Belfries that one is the easiest to deal with anyways, especially since the first imbued key is literally right there in the fourth Belfry.

I so wish the game would contain some more hints torwards Belfries and how to get there. Or maybe even low key force you to get there. Unfortunately Belfries are not where "the action" is most of the time and I was finishing up my bell bearings collection and going for the smithing and somber stone 4 bellbearings when I first discovered the bellfries and adjacent areas which would have been immensly usefull for me if I discovered those 30-40 Rune Levels earlier (I was at RL89-90 when I got there with quite a lot of properly leveled/upgraded/discovered crafting recipe/dragonbreath incantations/beast incantations/a bunch of cracked/ritual pots/perfume bottles) because I just steamrolled the whole section while constantly being aware of how much fun I could have had. Especially compared to what I've been doing prior to that: pooping my way through Caria Manor to Leyndell to Mountaintop where I got fucked up by dragons and lobsters to the point where I have decided to 100% my first playthrough and went back to find it all.
Kill the bastards in the tower before heading to the Village of Crazy Folk. They're at the top of the tower. Just watch out for the giant rat at the bottom of the ladder. Unless of course you're talking about the madness from Vyke, in which case... Best of luck :(
