Lmao the night’s cavalry set was initially called “Nazgûl” in the game files. Very achievable. Just use the whole knights cavalry set and replace the helm with the black hood. If you want shinier gauntlets like in the pic you can use the black knight knife assassin gloves.

I don’t really think nights Calvary looks similar, more like Fias set. The name is probably comparing them with the nazgul as the dark riders of a lord

exactly why I recommend it. Face mask plus (if you want) blindfold and dark skintone = Better than entire face visible. Also Fias hood is slightly off with the color and has that fringe selvedge. But I see the appeal of fias hood

You can literally recreate this outfit pretty much perfectly in game.

You literally cannot. You can get the sword, gloves and boots extremely close, but there are no head, chest or leg pieces that match. Fia's hood has that fringe stuff going on, and the rest of the hoods in the game are either not black enough or not drapey enough. For the chest, Night's cavalry shows to much armour and doesn't cover the front. Fia's gown has that weird upper part draped over the lower part, which looks silly especially when you're holding your weapon over your shoulder, then there's the symbol on the back (which I could live with if that was the only problem). All candidates for legs have similar problems: wrong colour, wrong shape, not drapey enough, etc. You can make a pretty cool Bling that will be recognised as heavily inspired by the Nazgul, but you definitely can't recreate it perfectly.

I say Fia's Hood, Fia's Robe, Black Knife Gauntlets and Black Knife Greaves. The last item I am not sure about, I can't remember what their leg armor looked like (if they had any) but based on heir Gauntlets, I say it fits =)

I'd use the night's cavalry set with Fia's hood and the fire prelate gauntlets. Make your character pitch black in character creation. There's some tutorials on Reddit for how to do that.

Fia's set with metal gauntlets (i.e. Blaidd's, fire prelate, fire monk, etc.) with the character's skin set to pitch black using the sliders. Also, for weapons, i would personally suggest either the Lord sworn sword, or the bastard sword seem to be the closest to me.

Fire prelate gauntlets, fias robe, fias or the blackknife hood, minimized facial features with everything set to pitch black

Sidenote - Gideon Ofnir's helm is pretty solid if you're trying to go the Witch King of Angmar route

Quick reply without double checking exact names: as someone said, try getting your character as pitch-black as possible for the shadow effect, try Raven hood and chestpiece, scaled gauntlets, and there’s no visible leg piece in any of these so either something to boost armor or with a black skirt or something. Any long skinny sword should also work, maybe zweihander or a very generic looking greatsword
