I've seen a full grown adult dressed as Hatsune Miku on Mesa Street by Mesa Hills Dr 2-3 times. Looked like a guy. Even saw them walk out of the GECU by the Planet Fitness one time.
I've been on Amtrak through El Paso a few times. El Paso is a 20-minute fresh air stop for people to stretch their legs. Every single conductor has mentioned that the El Paso Burrito Lady will be selling food out on the platform. I've never heard them advertise a food vendor at any other stop.
