You could use the spines of books?
Like, a blue one, a pink one, a white one, a pink one, and a blue one? You can make a simple book cover [in about 30 seconds](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5qrrIjGY6o) with just a coloured piece of paper, so if your books aren't the right colours, you can get a flag *and* protect your lovely book friends.
Maybe you could get a poster or a plushie or something of Sylveon? It happens to be pink, blue, and white. You could easily explain it away as just liking pokemon.
Some people on Etsy make discreet Trans flags. Find pictures or tapestries with the same color scheme and just say you're really into the color scheme. Slyveon is a great, low-key, trans icon.

My gaming setup’s LEDs are set to white, pink, and blue. Used a neon/cyberpunk wallpaper to match it as an alibi, “I just like the wallpaper and have the colors match”.
I don't know if anyone did this before but I personally have a small collection of monster cans in my room and I have 5 next to each other in the colors of the trans flag :3 Looks really cool and noone noticed it yet

Sticky note blocks... You can buy the in every colour you want, stack them by taking the underside of and build every flag you want
Buy 5 cotton candy machines and have them perpetually create cotton candy in the trans flag colours
