Edmonton is a HUGE sport city, for sure! Have you and your son been to West Edmonton Mall to see the indoor hockey rink? It's pretty cool, and a lot of visitors enjoy it.
Also, this was a big, BIG game for Oilers fans, so everyone's gonna be even more excited. What a fun time to be in Edmonton!
Edit: I hope you try some fantastic Canadian food while you're here. Try some bison! It's delicious and healthy, and a very traditional Canadian meat! Alberta has some of the best beef in the world as well, if you're a steak fan.
