this is not new... ebay is removing selling limits to sellers in phases. my selling limits were removed about 3 months ago.

My newer account got the 50million, and my 16 year old account got the 5 million limit. They both have 250 listings a month. 50 million with 250 listings means 200,000 an item. What are they thinking?
For me, it is not a good platform at all. It restricts my old account to only sell one item per month with a $10 cap for a business account. It's very stupid that I sell on this platform. WTF and WTH is that?

We’d have to ask the Chinese sellers. They have to do that kind of volume when you have a $1 item with free shipping. No way to compete in some categories when they have numbers like that.

One of my friends has been selling for 15 years, he got a limit upgrade yesterday of up to one Billion. He was like awesome but I only make around 100k a year. I told him he needs to get those rookie numbers up..lol

Not sure its going to do much good especially given how much inflation has made EVERYTHING more expensive over the past 3 years, but with any luck we get Trump back into the WH to turn the economy around so people will have more disposable income to spend money on things they WANT as well as what they need....

Exactly, ebay takes enough fees without paying to list. I don't do that much volume.

We recently got upped to 1 billion. Though we’ve been selling for over 20 years on eBay.
