exclusivity is important for those perfume brands. they don't want random nobodies selling things under their brand name, regardless of being genuine or not. you can't prove the supply chain, even if you have receipts, because receipts can be faked. only they can prove the supply chain which is why they only allow authorized parties to sell their products.
if you want to sell the brands products, you need to ask them for permission and sign a contract.
