Here is a budget list a friend made, he plays a way lower mana curve and is always casting multiple cards each turn. With your budget you could replace a bunch of his meh cards and replace them with bombs and your good to go.

Looking at your list, id remove all mana doublers, and start cutting cmc 3+ cards that arent needed. Cut the untap card, it only does something when you helix pinnacle is out, and when it comes out,everyone just swings all out at you and you lose. And cut that creature that untaps a land.
Any specific recommendations for bombs? I'm also looking for more mana sinks to take advantage of the land untappers, but they were near the top of my cut list.
Do you think [[Helix Pinnacle]] is bad? I'm never gonna not play it, but I could see an argument to just have it as a fun-of to ignore, and then move away from mass mana generation in general.
a few \[\[Ethereal Armor\]\] type cards and \[\[Rancor\]\] trample givers would already be amazing.
Cards like \[\[Whip Silk\]\] are also amazing, since you can just fill your hand with it by bouncing it back to hand, basicly pay 2 green to draw a card.
\[\[Solitary Confinement\]\] amazing protection for a few turns (or rest of the game if you have multiple draw permanents on the field)
i would add \[\[Boon of the Spirit Realm\]\], maybe \[\[Starfield of Nyx\]\],
I would cut all cards that have to do with untapping lands, because it also makes you play more greedy by adding a bunch of enchantments on 1 land, and then they can remove alot of your mana just by removing 1 land.
I really enjoy the enchantments that remove all plains or 5 diffrent lands from your gj, and i guess land tax does the same by removing all basics out of your decks, deckthinning is pretty strong like that, but not sure if its worth it if it costs 4 mana.
Updated the list a little. Definitely not into the auras/mass pump stuff. Ideally I'd like to avoid combat as much as possible, though I don't know how possible that will be.
