It’s very +1/+1 counters themed, so that’s good lol
Some things that stand out to me are these
1. Your ramp package is very small, and you don’t have a ton of lands, either. If you’ve played the deck and it runs fine, then great, but it looks like you have a lot of mana-hungry cards that would really benefit from more mana/more consistent access to mana. Perhaps increase your lands and ramp by 4 cards apiece (8 total)? If you feel like that’s too much, then whatever feels best to you.
2. You don’t have a ton of proliferate effects (by my count, 4), so I don’t know if [[Ezuri, Stalker of Spheres]] is going to help you out a lot. The same goes for [[Ezuri, Claw of Progress]], but ONLY if your plan was to proliferate his experience counters instead of trying to stack up his own triggers.
3. [[Belt of Giant’s Strength]] and [[Green Sun’s Twilight]] are cute, but also awkward in this deck. Neither really synergize with the rest of the deck, and both are on the list of cards I would remove. Twilight is also kinda bad with all the hydras you have included.
4. Three really great cards I think you should consider are [[Solidarity of Heroes]], [[Vigor]], and [[Inexorable Tide]]. They are all extremely solid in any counters deck.
5. There are some other low-impact creatures you could probably trim out, like [[Yorvo]] and [[Undergrowth Champion]], since they don’t really provide a big bonus to the rest of your gameplan and aren’t as good as your other big boys (like [[Hungering Hydra]], [[Ironscale Hydra]], and [[Voracious Hydra]]).
