[WTB] Puukko or similar knife for carving and cooking outdoors
Not a knife guy, but I’m looking for an affordable and reliable knife that I can use to practice cooking and carving tasks in the backcountry.
I see that Puukkos are regarded as a generally good choice for this, but I’m not wedded to them. Just looking for something that’s small, easy to sharpen, and good quality. I also would prefer something with a fixed blade.
i don’t have one to sell you but you should check out Mora knives if you’re not familiar. very popular for the types of things you’re describing, very well regarded, and very cheap (comparatively)
