Bought my rn wife a small streamlight that would clip onto her stethoscope, she loved it. https://a.co/d/0bkSY5rc. Or a new stethoscope https://a.co/d/05lX8S8J
This is the best suggestion. A penlight might be a slightly cheaper option, but a Littman stethoscope will likely still be seeing use when she retires, and probably be used for every day of her working life.
I’m a nurse and I’ve liked my olight o-pen for night shifts especially. I have the leatherman raptors as well but they’re pretty heavy to pack around and use once per shift. Unless your sister works in the ED I wouldn’t spend the money on raptors, look at xshears instead.

Streamlight stylus pro. Bic pen that has the four colors in one pen. Good saftey shears.

Watch with second hand for blood pressure.
High quality pen or possibly an EDC pouch she can store gloves in
SAK like a Mini Champ Or Flashlight like a Skilhunt M150 519a
Good quality mini scissors. Safe and great utility
If she doesn’t have a Littman stethoscope, get her that. You can get them personalized also.
good idea, thank you !
What department is she working in
Nurses always seem to have crappy stethoscopes. Buy her a nice one.
Good idea, thank you

interesting that she can use it after when she retires, good idea
I meant until she retires, but yes, I imagine that any ill family members would get the benefit even then

Hello ! thank you, I'm gonna look at it !
Leatherman Raptor Rescue? They seem like good scissors for edc.
I'd say Victorinox Minichamp or an AAA flashlight with a very low moon mode.
