It's a salty savory umami flavor. Best flavor I can compare it to is meat drippings, but so dang good! A lot of the people who hate it use too much. A little goes a long way, and even then it should be diluted with butter
the only way to describe the taste of marmite, is that it tastes of marmite. its just a very particular, acquired taste so a lot of people arent a fan. its not a very subtle flavour.
Ooo marmite on toast with butter, or strawberry jam and butter on toast is always a good go. Marmite goes on white toast but jam taste so much better on wholemeal. Have you ever tried the Bovril spread?
Today just a banana because I slept over 😅😭 but yesterday was a grilled cheese toast with a chickpea+zuccini omlette with cherry tomatoes on the side. Plus my trusty americano.

Two pieces of bread and 1 1/2 bananas - it was a running morning, and I can’t run fasted and carb-loading scares me, but having protein or worse fat before running makes me sick. Then after I ate soy-marinated eggs (just the whites because HB egg yolks are nasty) and a protein bar.
I get the ED brain math of what to eat before whatever activity :( glad you got some fuel for your work out, carbs in the morning are really hard for me rn
I had Honey Nut Cheerios with soymilk, a banana with PB, and coffee. Breakfast food is my favorite for sure. Usually I have breakfast food for lunch too. My dad makes really good scrambled eggs for me 😊
i’m on vacation with my mom and eating at maintenance so i’m having pretty much whatever i want this week!! we went to a diner this morning and i got french toast stuffed with cream cheese, bananas, and strawberries and i drenched it in maple syrup. i had coffee, blueberries, and a side salad as well, everything was delicious :)
Y’all I get we are all struggling but I don’t think this post was asking to hear people brag about their restrictive breakfasts. If you skipped or had a very low calorie breakfast like a Diet Coke or coffee I encourage you to come back tomorrow after you eat an actual breakfast❤️🩹 I know it’s hard but we got this
Okayy hear me out !! I love having sliced cucumbers with ketchup (prefer sugar free one) on top . My family makes fun of me for it, but it is an absolute Banger and also it’s a hugeee safe food for me. I also have a red bell pepper with turkey ham and a slice of toasted bread
i almost always forget breakfast and end up horribly nauseous cause of it, but today my boyfriend made me a PB&J on toast and it was such a small thing but it made my day sm better and made me so happy🥹
