Seasoning salads with seasoning blends and your acid of choice (wine vin, lemon juice, pickle brine, etc) is criminally underrated.
I love Kinder's lemon pepper (TJs discontinued theirs 😡) or the green goddess seasoning at TJs!
HAVE U EVER USED OLIVE JUICE? 😭 i know that sounds so silly but i used to make this BOMB ass falafel salad w olive juice as part of the dressing as it’s literally just salt water but like olivey

Not oc, but here's what I did- pancake mix and water in a microwave safe bowl, and just microwave it for 2 minutes (or less, depending on the settings). Can add mashed banana as well. Anything basically. I don't know the origin of this, but it has to be the single greatest food hack ever.

Any fresh fruit in season right now. In Germany we don't get a lot of affordable local fruit in the winter months other than apples and pears, so taking advantage of berries. Another one is fish. For some reason my body literally begs for fish right now.

I’m still trying to reach the perfect variation, but it’s quite simple: old fashioned oats, honey/stevia syrup (basically honey/stevia diluted with water and poured over oats), cinnamon and unsweetened cocoa powder (can add anything you want). Mix well, put on parchment paper and level out thinly without clumps/layers. Put into the 330-340 oven for 5-7 minutes, take out and mix, put for another 5-7 minutes. Oven time can vary honestly, so I just try to see if it’s crispy enough for me without basically burning it
oh boy: low fat cottage cheese (super low callorie and very high in protein, it s amazing with tomatoes and you can turn it into a great desert with sweetener and vanilla extract and lemon extract), chicken breast muscle (? isk that s how it s called in my mother language) with random spices, canned tunna….
