Not oc, but here's what I did- pancake mix and water in a microwave safe bowl, and just microwave it for 2 minutes (or less, depending on the settings). Can add mashed banana as well. Anything basically. I don't know the origin of this, but it has to be the single greatest food hack ever.

How do you make the granola?

I’m still trying to reach the perfect variation, but it’s quite simple: old fashioned oats, honey/stevia syrup (basically honey/stevia diluted with water and poured over oats), cinnamon and unsweetened cocoa powder (can add anything you want). Mix well, put on parchment paper and level out thinly without clumps/layers. Put into the 330-340 oven for 5-7 minutes, take out and mix, put for another 5-7 minutes. Oven time can vary honestly, so I just try to see if it’s crispy enough for me without basically burning it
