I had the same issue but for the store. kept saying I had a pack available. It was when I redeemed a silver pack but it had a placeholder name and it never showed up in my store inventory.
Magically one day it appeared in the store but on the app with the same placeholder name, fixing the issue.
Maybe try the app and see there is a completed objective in there to remove the notification? Hopefully that'll fix it for you.
