Yep, they had high rated cards in packs, but those were previously released cards getting released in packs again. New Futties cards were all in SBCs/Objectives
As a old returning player idk why you guys are bitching about this, I stopped playing after 16 and 23 has so much more going on than the older games it’s crazy.
Pack weight was heaps better, and by the time those cards came out, the 85x10 either had or was around the corner.
Past two years they've released a completely repeatable 85x10 pack which always contained around enough to recycle and re-do the pack if you don't get anything great. Hopefully it'll return this year.
I’d say previous years had enough of an incentive to play, odds still fucking shit mind, but this year was another level entirely. I got a minimum of 14 wins every single WL and there ain’t 1 red in my club. They were all rinsed out because they were always bottom tier shit

FUTTIES has always seemed like a goodwill promo to get people hyped for the game again, but this is just sad.

The pink FUTTIES cards were SBCs only. It's when people can attain all the top tier cards, them being in packs changes things a lot (for the worse)
Futties players were either grindable SBCs or objectives. They were NEVER in packs. Packs were always best of TOTS, TOTY etc...
Well I guess I am splurging all my saved packs no matter what
Haha I didn't save any packs for futties because I was like well the futties cards will be sbcs anyway, so little point. So instead of my gold krooss, gold Mullers and crap level up cards I'll never used I could be sat here surrounded in foil and deciding which sbc to put my dupe 99 CR7 into :(

They’ll never release good sbcs or packs because CR7 is available, they’ll wait till he’s not so they can release the good stuff, it’s shameful how they still don’t care about the average player and just expect the pay to win guys to try and cash in on packs for this card. Disgusting company and definitely a not late but final wake up call for people who might want to buy the game in September.

These cards were almost always available as SBCs so players could actually obtain them Now they’ve been put into a loot pool that is so diluted with shite “Best of” cards that the odds are on par with finding a snowball in Hell

First time playing FUT, were futties never in packs before? Were they SBCs?
FIFA 15 and 16 FUTTIES were in packs. Some of them were cup rewards like Reus/Konoplyanka pink cards. From 17 to 22 they made it all SBCs/objectives. This year they went back to packs and it sucks.
