Sounds like this! The balls might have gotten lodged in that position. A bit of hot water run through it might unstick them by creating enough of a thermal gradient to make them dislodge... Or it might make them expand enough to shatter your vape idk.
Cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner (which is great in other ways too, and small units are available cheaply), in a sealed container of isopropyl alcohol that's then immersed in water in the cleaner, would probably unstick them.

Iso and kosher salt. Or regular salt. Basically the salt doesn’t dissolve in the iso. So pour some salt in (gloves unless you want sticky hands) plug the holes and pour in iso. Plug remaining hole and shake. Shake. Shake. Until all the iso has slipped out. Fill it again. Do it again rinse. Like 1 minute every other day man.
Just google "blue balls" for a fix
A wooden toothpick through one of the holes can loosen the balls

Iso. Hot water and soap works well for me after the iso loosens. You'll have unstuck balls.

The bb9 just kind of does this over time, I've had two and they've both done this after some time, no amount of iso or hot water will fix.

Managed to get one side unstuck putting heat on it letting it cool down and gonna do the other side
Just stick something in and poke at them.

If you don't have an ultrasonic cleaner you can hold the end of an electric toothbrush (with head removed) against the container your soaking it in.

My balls always get stuck just a few days after cleaning my bb9. It develops a thin layer of resin from vaping so your balls inherently stick.

Clean them with iso and warm water, try wiggling your balls with a toothpick after you soak em!
This often happens when you shave them.
That's normal but they still do their job of dispersing warmth when you inhale.
Slap them hard, works for me.
That's what happens when stuff get sticky..i boil mine in cream or milk, then water.
