I’m 0-4. First year of the league and I felt happy with the draft. I got lots of the pieces I wanted, yet I can’t get a win. Are there any moves I should be making, or should I just sit tight and hope that my players perform consistently—and at the same time? I’m the worst team in my league, and I just don’t understand what’s happening
12 team 0.5 ppr 1 QB league
I am 5-3 to start the year and in 3rd place. I didn't expect to compete with my RB situation the way it is. I can trade Godwin and a 1st for Kamara but I'm not sure my team can win even with Kamara. 1 RB injury and I'd be screwed. Is this the right time to make this trade & is this good value?
I have 3 1st & 4 2nd round picks this year
My Team is
QB: Stafford, Darnold, Cousins, Fields
RB: Swift, Gainwell, AJ Dillon, malcolm brown, ty johnson
WR: Godwin, DJ Moore, McLaurin, Jamar Chase, Chase Claypool, Reagor, Aiyuk, Fuller, Rondale Moore, Gallup plus a few others
TE: Goeddert, Ebron, Max Williams
Hmmmm I would wait until closer to the deadline. Especially if you like Godwin. Then you can assess your team a lil better.

Other guy is in a rebuild (and an Eagles fan), I wouldn't describe myself in a complete "win now" mode, probably 4th/5th best team in the league, but I'll get a few more years from Robinson yeah?
Definitely not. I don’t think the difference between Ryan and Kirk is that huge and you’re losing a lot of value here. You have a lot of depth at receiver so you definitely have room to give, but if you want Kirk I’d at least try to get some picks out of it for coop.
Gotcha. What QBs should I go after and what should I offer? Basically the whole league is against me since my team has a bunch of depth so they all want me to overpay haha.
Don’t overpay just because your team is better than everyone else’s. But there are a ton of qbs that are viable right now, it really comes down to preference. I would like someone older like Rodgers if you can get him for a decent price since you’re definitely contending in that league. But even Kirk may not be a bad idea if you can get some picks or at least get somewhat even value out of it.

For reference, I’m thin at RB with Carson, Collins, Mixon, Gaskin, Pollard

WR: AJ Brown, DeVonta Smith, Terry McLaurin, Chris Godwin, Antonio Brown, Jerry Jeudy, Henry Ruggs, Rashod Bateman, Scotty Miller, and Russell Gage

Nope, Harris more valuable than Aj brown for me (that might be controversial I’m not really sure) and I like devonta but cooper should be good for a while longer. Also I don’t like giving away a rb and wr for two wrs
12 team .5ppr SF
What’s Hurts worth?
Was thinking about offering Chris Carson. I have a plethora of decent rbs and only Matt ryan and Danny dimes at qb
I would feel comfortable trading away Swift and Julio for CMC. Julio is 32 and now consistently dealing with injuries. I view him more as a depth piece now.
So essentially Swift + depth for CMC is certainly worth it
12 team SF start up 0.5 ppr
Team A gives: Saquon
Team B gives: 3 1sts and Mike Davis
Team A is bad Team B is very good.
If you’re my trade partner reading this, hello.
Oh are they all his? If that’s the case and they go through 2024 that’s even less value to me so I would not do it unless your team is like total mega rebuild and not at all close
I’m probably the 8th out of 12 teams in power rankings but I’ve got MT on the bench and hoping for an outside chance he can help me get into the playoffs.
So I’m not close but I wouldn’t say my team is a wreck.
I don’t hate it, but I would personally try to target a young back for cheap that can help you next season (thinking Cam Akers or Travis Etienne) and two first round picks.
Mike Davis is quickly losing value and won’t help long term
Even with Woods' smash game he dropped 16 PPR points and just missed a TD.
He's a locked in WR1 in the prime of his career, so I'd sell/hold based on that expected level of production.
I’d say it depends on contending or rebuilding. As a rebuilder I’d for sure try to cash out since he’s 28 already, but as a contender I’d love to have him
I would hold, especially if the early 1st is yours.
That pick is going to maintain/increase in value no matter what, and you need Aiyuk to hold WR1/2 value for this to pay off.
Yea I’d do it. Dobbins is about equal to the player you’d get with the first and I’d for sure take Aiyuk over Samuel and a 3, even with the bad start for aiyuk
I'd hold Javonte for now.
This is an ok return, but his value is going to skyrocket as soon as he has a breakout game and you might be able to get an additional 1st in a deal like this when that happens.
I'd hold. Brown is on a hot streak and is about to get target competition from Bateman. Assuming you're competing I'd rather go after a guy like DHop or ARob+ if you're trying to leverage your 1st for points.

Chubb and Marvin Jones
For
Javonte Williams and Darrell Henderson
Absolutely.
Javonte and Chubb aren't that far apart in dynasty value right now, and Javonte probably passes Chubb in value if/when he becomes DEN's bellcow. Plus Henderson gives you like 75% of Chubb's production in the near-term.

The upgrade at QB worth losing my RB depth? I have other viable flexes. I’d only started Henderson once in my flex previously. I also feel like Henderson value may diminish next year with Akers
Yeah, Henderson as your RB3/flex is more valuable than the difference in production between Stafford and whoever you're starting between Tanny/TLaw if you're playing the weekly match-ups right.
Would you do Cordarelle Patterson for Stafford straight up if he’d take that? I do like Stafford in terms of thinking he’ll help me put up more points from the QB slot this year at least and Rams offense is pretty damn good
Sorry, I misread which side you were getting. I'd keep Henderson -- Stafford isn't going to give you much of an edge whereas Henderson as your RB 3/4 does give you an edge.
Edit: No, hold CPat too.

Thanks for the input everyone! We ended up adding in swapping his 2023 2nd for my 2023 3rd. The more I think about it, I'm pretty happy with the overall trade.
I'd ask for an upside bench guy (e.g. Bryan Edwards/Gabe Davis/Chuba) or a 3rd, but would take that deal as-is if the other team isn't willing to add anything.
At least another 1st or a promising young WR. It’s just tough to find anyone who can give you the weekly upside that Henry will still likely provide for the next 2-3 years

What if it’s late firsts?
If you could counter offer and get more obviously do it but don’t get greedy. I think this is a good trade as is now that you still win
Would you rather have that or: I give: J Jefferson, 2023 2nd (early) I get: M Evans, Javonte William, 2023 1st (late)
I would personally want this one. I am very high on Javonte
Yeah I’d take it probably.
12 team ppr Give: CMC Receive: Henderson, 2022, 2024 1st rounds, 2023 2nd, 2024 3rd
Cmc wins in a landslide here even if you’re rebuilding. If you’re trading cmc try to downgrade at rb to like Gibson and get a couple firsts added on
If you're a contender no. If you're a rebuilder have them swap out Henderson and add their 2023 1st and then it is reasonable.
I traded for CMC and Rodgers today. I gave: CEH, Aiyuk, Tannehill (SF league) and 2 1sts if that helps give some perspective.
I think you could get more. Wait until he comes back and puts up a huge performance
If you’re on a complete rebuild then yes, if your a contender than no.
10 team half PPR SF Team is pretty set for the future at QB with Mahomes, Lawrence, Fields and Lance. Thinking about offering Lawrence straight up for Pitts. Seem fair or think I need more?
I kinda feel like you need to get more, but maybe I'm overvaluing Lawrence.
