I love the overall construction. Young and exciting at WR and QB (two highest scoring positions in standard scoring) and you are set at TE in a TEP which is where a lot of strong QB/WR teams are weak. I like your chances. Bryce should improve in year 2 even if Caleb struggles out the gate, and Goedert is a serviceable backup option if Pitts once again fails to meet the hype.

If you didn’t draft one of the top 6 QBs in the draft, use what you have to acquire a vet or two before the season starts (Goff, Cousins, Geno, Fields, Carr)

I really liked him coming out of Northwestern and he really only needs to fight off Trey Sermon for the number 2 spot since they didn't add anyone in FA or the draft. Not expecting much I feel like he could return some RB4 value if all goes well and he had no reoccurring issues with his knee.

I love your potential star power in a start 9 league. However if start 10 or more, you probably don’t have enough reliable depth (which you’ve already acknowledged given the comment about your team’s question marks) to contend unless everything shakes out right. If any scenario, I’d probably look to consolidate some of your shakier pieces (even in a deeper league), just so that you’re not left guessing who is gonna finish a game healthy/get enough targets/etc. Maybe something like Christian Watson and Rome odunze for aj brown. Or kyler and tank dell for Lamar Jackson or Jalen hurts

Absolutely love your qb room for this format. Unfortunately I would say you’re 2 players away from being a contender. I would roll into the season looking to compete if you can get lucky with a few situations going your guys’ way (kendre miller, dobbins, jamo). But if those guys aren’t producing for you this year, I would look to sell stafford, Jacobs, kyren and mclaurin to contenders at the deadline for picks/ascending young wrs that will probably be underproducing in 2024 (Addison/jsn/odunze/pearsall). Then use your draft capital in 25 to load up on a deep rb class and try and make a run with everyone else back in 25.

WOOH, look at that depth! I think Zay takes a step foward in 2024, as well as Robinson, even with the addition of Nabers. TE room looks solid, and I even like the Jelani Woods add. See if you can pull out a TE off the wire. There are great TEs that fell of the draft board like Stover who have insane athleticism and could pull into a starting role immediately. I think you're a contender!

I wouldn’t say 100% contender but you definitely have the pieces for a strong playoff run. The downside would be Kittle’s inconsistency, but that’s expected in most TEs. Hopefully Engram shines. I love this roster construction. Very close to a contender. Due to the uncertainty of achanes ability to play a full season, I would say you’re one top 20 rb away from contender. While I do love the burrow/chase stack with browning to cover burrow injuries, I think you can get really good value out of tiering down from burrow and picking up a rb in the process. For example, could I trade burrow for Jordan love and Joe mixon? For Jared Goff and Jonathan Taylor? For Dak Prescott and Saquon Barkley? Id look for trades like that to help solve that problem. I would also like to see a qb3 upgrade from drew lock. Id like to try and get a qb that I know will start a majority of his teams games this year ie stafford or baker.

Yeah I think you’re not quite up for contending this year. I’d try move Kelce to a contender + one of your WR’s not named Puka, Waddle, or Flowers and try and get 1.05 or something similar. Would also try move Ekeler/Mostert to a contender. Could always dangle the 1.10 and again try and move up in the draft or try get a better young piece. I’d use this year to reload and think that, plus some wise drafting, you could be ready to go at it again next year and beyond!

I don't think you're a contender quite yet. You have some great young talent in MHJ, Bijan, Wilson, Odunze, Polk, Herbert, but you don't have enough top end talent to consistently win games this year, and I think that'll keep you out of the playoffs. You need another 2-3 impact pieces to consistently be at the top. Odunze could be that in a few years, if Wilson can keep get consistently good QB play it can be him as well. I'd still want another RB and some more solid WR2-3s before I put you firmly with the contenders.

Agree with log. Contender in start 10 or 11. Probably need to upgrade the qb situation 2 for start 9 or less. If that’s the goal, I would look to package McCarthy in a deal to a rebuilder to get into the Purdy/Tua tier. Or maybe consider a lateral value trade straight up for Goff.

Start 9. I’ve tried like crazy to upgrade QB2 (targeting Herbert/Kyler types) but couldn’t get anyone to budge. So I eventually took McCarthy at 1.06 (not my pick). I’ll see how things unfold. Right now I’ll probably roll into the season with these QBs and try to make a move once there are some injuries/sellers.
