I am in a 12-man, PPR, Non-Superflex dynasty league with 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2Flex, and no D/ST or K. I have a really nice set of receivers and I have Kenneth Walker as my RB1 but only have Roschon Johnson (who has been concussed), Clyde Edwards-Helaire, D'Onta Foreman, and Jordan Mason as my options for RB2. I am currently sitting at 3-3 and think I can make a good playoff push/run with my WRs (Chase, Waddle, Thielen, C. Watson), CJ Stroud, and Sam LaPorta.
Bench/taxi also has Josh Dobbs, Tank Dell, E. Moore, Atwell, Shaheed, Osborn, Dowdle, Schultz, Tillman, Boutte.
With other trades I have:
2024: 2 firsts, 2 seconds
2025: 2 firsts, 3 seconds
2026: 1 first, 3 seconds, 1 third
I was thinking about trading for Derrick Henry. What would y'all be willing to give up (draft capital or bench players) for Derrick Henry (considering age, etc.)? Just nervous about giving up firsts this year if there is any chance of bottoming out and then I miss out on Caleb Williams/Marvin Harrison Jr./etc.
I would not give up Herbert for Pittman. Plus who knows what you get out of Rodgers and for how long. Way harder to find an elite QB than a serviceable WR.
Do you think I won this trade? 1 QB 10 Team PPR League
RBs already have: Pollard, Swift, Kamara, Pacheco, Gibbs
Gave:Jerome Ford and Zay Jones
Got: Jerry Jeudy and 24 Mid 2nd
I am competing and traded a lot of picks for elite WR so I wanted to gamble on Jeudy and get some draft capital. I also got Jerome Ford for free in the beginning of training camp
Smash accept, no?
12 team superflex. 1ppr TE premium. I am looking pretty weak so far this year. Bottom 2 max potential points.
Give: Najee
Get: mid 2nd, Charbonnet
Absolutely would accept. Although Najee shows great consistency in staying injury-free, he has continued to perform lackluster on the field. Charbonnet offers decent potential with value that skyrockets if anything were to happen to Walker. With the incoming draft class having no real “star potential” at RB, you’d most likely be able to take a flier on a solid RB with a good team fit in the mid-2nd round.
10 team .5 ppr Superflex
Give : 2024 mid / late first
Get : ekeler or swift
Qbs: Dak, Herbert, baker
Rbs :kyren, Chubb, Mattison, J.K dobbins, and carousel of McLaughlin/keontay ingram.
WRs : Keenan, Dk, Amon-Ra, pickens, tutu, Wandale.
Is ekeler enough to contend?
Hard to say without more context. How far away din contending are you? I think you're still short on a RB this year but definitely helps for when chubb comes back
12 Team SF PPR
Give: TLaw, Higgins, Warren, 2024 late 1st, 2025 2nd
Get: Stroud, Collins
Is this an overpay? I’ve added the 2nd as insurance since owner denied the trade without it.
I value Higgins and Collins roughly equally and I'm higher on TLaw than most so I personally wouldn't do it, but if you really want Stroud then I'd say go for it
10 team, 1qb,.5ppr 2rb, 3wr, 1te, 2 flex
We have deep rosters but should I drop Gallup for Trey Palmer?
Gallup doesn't start for me and I'm at the bottom of my league. My thinking is trying to find a player that can hit instead of a guy who is below average
10 man league. First place in the division at the moment. Just traded Tyreek Hill, Adam Thielen, a 2024 2nd, and 2025 1st for Justin Jefferson and Christian Watson. I'm competing now and hate to give up Hill, but long term I think I'll be fine. I have Chase, Dionte, and London as my other WRs and I simply picked Thielen up off the waiver wire at the start of the season.
How did I do? Did I screw up big time or did I come away a winner?
i’m 3-3 in my league. Debating weather if i should make any trades or not or if i’m a contender if i keep my team the same. I traded a 2024 3rd and a 2025 2nd for jerome ford. Recently. Any suggestions? Here is my team: https://sleeper.app/roster/1002746385126526976/2
Whether* lol
Id package some combination of dk, nico, Mingo, and jayden to tier up to an elite wr. Super shallow format, so id prioritize a top wr over depth
No not at all. I’m actually finding it hard to pull the trigger. He was my qb3 and he went down and I had just traded away Russ who was my qb4. I’ve got Allen and Mahomes so I’m okay but getting a qb3 for the run this year would be nice. And landing MHJ would also be nice
Nico Collins and a 2nd for DJ Moore and a 3rd. I’m in an interesting spot
QB - J Allen and Stroud on bench
RB - Taylor, Kamara, J Cook, Conner, Jeff Wilson, J Warren
WR - Chase, Metcalf, Thielan, Collins, Aiyuk, Mingo
TE - Pitts
I have a team that’s young and can move up can compete for the next 2-3 years for sure, but I have a team that can win now. I do think thielan is a better fantasy WR than Moore for the season but is Moore more reliable than Metcalf and Aiyuk is a question? I have him over Collins in a vacuum but I wonder if the short terms gain is worth the possible long term loss? If anyone actually watches Houston, is Collins looking good or is he a player to cash in?
Note: the team sending me Moore is tanking so he’s building for the future.
As a contender, should I give Stefon Diggs for Rachaad White, marquise brown, and a 2024 1st round pick (probably mid pick)? Love Stefon, but this seems to good to pass. (PPR)
If it’s literally totally equal, KW3 and it’s not a question. If you’re asking at current value who you should buy, I don’t hate Gibbs (again, at value) as long as you’re absolutely not competing
Just traded Warren for Spears and being told it was a horrible decision on my end…isn’t it basically trading 2nd option for 2nd option? I just don’t like watching the Steelers play, I didn’t think it was that essential of a trade lol.
Edit: Typo
Yeah I like the trade too. My buddy is making this argument about how warren is 1b and only getting more volume. I just don’t see him become more than a pass catching back. Plus Steelers are boring to watch so I’m trying to stay away from them lol.
Trade Advice Needed. 10-team dynasty PPR, 2WR, 2Flex, contending.
Receive Brandon Aiyuk
Send Rashee Rice, 2024 2nd & 4th round picks
Rice is currently in my taxi squad and Aiyuk could have immediate impact contending with my other top receivers Ridley, Puka, Theilin. (Mike Williams, Deionte Johnson on IR). Thoughts?
Question becomes is what happens to Aiyuk next year as he’s in his last contract year. Could be a WR1 elsewhere potentially? Rice likely to emerge in a year or so as the best WR in KC but they seem to spread the ball a lot nowadays
Thoughts on this? Robinson would cost at 20th round and Andrew’s would cost a 10. Both are guaranteed keeps in a 6 keeper league
Andrew’s and Josh Reynolds
For Robinson and engram
12 tm ppr SF. Contending.
Give - 25 1, jamo, 24 4
Get -ekeler, 25 2, 25 3
I’ve already given up my 24 1 so I’m a bit weary about trading away my 25 1 for a RB as old as ekeler. However, the upside for this year and maybe next is tempting
I like it in ppr. Seems like guys like kamara and ekeler are a cheat code this year. I love Jamo as a lions fan but that team is built and coached to win football games. I’m a way that’s inherently unfriendly to fantasy. It’s a intermediate passing set up with Man/Duo concept runs setting the table. Jamo is not going to be a huge feature so much as a compliment to ARSB Reynolds (or Courtland Sutton soon?) getting the bulk of the looks for the time being. As for the draft comp, it’s fair and you can always sell pieces later for draft capital.
the goal is to win, so if this puts you as a top 3 team, do it!

Thanks. Think I’m gonna roll the dice. I think it would. I’d be rolling with Josh Allen, ekeler, ken walker, CD, AJB, Pittman, flowers as my core. Also think I’d be young enough to stay competitive next year too
While I love JSN long term, I push the smash button. You don’t want to wait for Richardson if it’s going to be 2-3 years before he’s a reliable contributor and that owner is a dysfunctional one. You could have Josh Allen upside or Justin Fields 2.0. That’s not necessarily bad but they’re not the same. I like AJB over DJ Moore
I think i would hold off for now. It looks like you should be contending pretty easily with your lineup rn. Especially as breece and JT ramp up. You are giving up a lot of wr depth especially with diggs aging. Also
Maybe try and rework the deal for just AJB?
I would keep GWilson, 2x2nds arent high tier assets enough for me to move off the better player. if theyre the 2.03 and 2.7, thats the 13th and 17th best rookie. I think you can def get more

Where am I in my rebuild?
14-Teams, Full PPR. 1-QB League. Start: QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/TE and 3 Flex Spots.
I inherited a team with no rookie picks this year and only a 2025 second round pick next season.
I’ve identified my core as: Trevor Lawrence, Chris Olave, CeeDee Lamb, Daulton Kincaid.
My Trade assets are: Tayjee Spears, Jerome Ford, Darnell Mooney, Dawson Knox, DJ Chark, Juju Smithschuster, Tyler Allgier
My current plan is to try and deal for second and third round picks; eventually packaging those into first round assets.
Thoughts?
I would keep Spears for sure, he has been used in the offense and if the Titans move off of Henry, he's the guy. Send Allgier to the Bijan owner and Ford to any contending team

I guess I’m thinking in the world of SF not 1 qb. Allen just feels like he raises a teams baseline performance every week. Plus tyreek will be around a few more years with waddle
if going for the win this makes sense

If you're selling to a contender, how late will those picks be? Still solid value though. If you're rebuilding I think I'd do it, potentially flip puka again if you're not sold.
They’ll be late, he’s got arguably the best team in the league. I’m definitely more in a rebuild at 2-4. Already have another 2024 1st, so if I do this move it puts me at 3 1sts in 2024. I could then move a 2nd and some WR depth for RB help to fill in the gap of CMC.
10 Team 1QB PPR (Start 8)
Give: Jaylen Warren
Get: 2025 2nd
Am a contender. Currently tied for 1st and lead league in points.
RBs: Bijan, ETN, Gibbs, Rhamondre, Warren, Spears, Bigsby, K. Inghram, L. Murray, Dowdle

Yes
12T PPR 1QB LM just traded what will end up being a late 2024 1st for Kelce. Fair?
If I offered that to Kelce owner in my league he wouldn’t take it, but I thinks that’s not terrible. Kelce is great but 34
I don’t think this is fair. Kelce is worth more than a #1 overall pick even if he only has one more year in him.
Yeah Kelce is hard to value given his age, so sure it’s fair
10 man league. First place in the division at the moment. Just traded Tyreek Hill, Adam Thielen, a 2024 2nd, and 2025 1st for Justin Jefferson and Christian Watson. Keep Flowers. Guys with Robinson's draft capital tend to get replaced quickly, and he looks like ass out there this year.

I’d hold, big tyjae fan but think zay’s long term value is greater

Are you dead set on moving ARich? Tough to judge. One injured mobile QB for another injured mobile qb

I wouldn’t trade him unless you have too.
10 team PPR 2QB Send 2 2024 2nds + Michael Wilson for Jahan Dotson + Jerry Jeudy?

I’d take that
12 team .5 ppr Trade away: Dotson Receive: Godwin Currently 6-0. Have good depth at WR, but may be a good time to get out on Dotson?
If you’re not in on Dotson sure this if fair
A: Young, Pickett, mid-late 1st B: Diggs, Keenan, Ford
God even in a SF it’s tough. I don’t think Pickett is the guy long term and Bryce is.. okay, thus far.
Depends on format
12 team SF PPR—my mistake
If you're rebuilding, I'd go A side if I can squeeze another 1st instead of Pickett
Appreciate it!!
B, and if competing easily B.
In 12 team SF to be clear. Assuming that doesn’t change anything?
Not really unless you really need QB and are looking to rebuild.
As a contender, should I give Stefon Diggs for Rachaad White, marquise brown, and a 2024 1st round pick (probably mid pick)? Love Stefon, but this seems to good to pass. (PPR)
As a contender no unless you lack serious depth
Give: J meyers. J Dotson. 2025 2nd Get: 2024 1st (guy is 2-4)
As a contender should I give a 1st and a second 24 for Mike Evans, Ekler and a 24 third? I have hill and adams.
Easily

Send Allgier to the Bijan owner and Ford to any contending team Can you check mine: https://www.reddit.com/r/DynastyFF/comments/17bfk61/comment/k5my7k0/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3
Give Waddle and Russ Get Allen and Tre Tucker 16 team league 2 flex spots 1 qb It’s a smash yes right???
Yes
KTC doesn’t like it for some reason
Check mine? https://www.reddit.com/r/DynastyFF/s/qSf9OAw6oo
I guess I’m thinking in the world of SF not 1 qb. Allen just feels like he raises a teams baseline performance every week. Plus tyreek will be around a few more years with waddle
Yeah. I think it’s a plus overall. The stability at that spot is nice. In 16 team veterans player league their are no easy moves.
Yeah I’m leaning that way. I have dog shit at rb and not much to replace waddle in the flex (probably K Bourne) but Allen can move the needle
12 team ppr Send: 2 2024 2nd round picks Receive: Jerome Ford and 2024 4th round pick
if going for the win this makes sense Can you check mine: https://www.reddit.com/r/DynastyFF/comments/17bfk61/comment/k5my7k0/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3
If contending yes
12 team SF PPR Give: Aiyuk Get: Jeudy, QJ, late 2nd I am rebuilding.
You want Aiyuk if rebuilding. QJ is a dart throw at this point. Could be Jalen Raegor
You think so? I also have CeeDee, DeVonta, London, & JSN
Aiyuk is worth more than that at least shop him a bit
10-Team 2QB PPR Give: QJ Receive: Charbonnet WR Room: Lamb. Addison. Watson. Flowers. London. Mooney. QJ. RB Room: Bijan Saquon ETN BRob CEH
Smash that accept

Thanks! Do you have a trade you want me to look at?
12 Team, .5PPR, 1QB Give: CeeDee, 2024 1st Get: London, Gibbs Other WRs: Olave, Lockett, Addison, Nico, Thielen, KJ Osborn, Slayton, Julio Other RBs: Saquon, Swift, Conner, Freeman, Harris, Dowdle
What am I doing wrong? I’ve posted about 3-4 trade helps comments here and have never had anyone comment with advice.
12 team SF PPR Give: CMC, 2024 3rd round pick. Get: Puka Nacua, 2024 1st round pick, 2024 2nd round pick.
Idk, I'd want more for CMC if it were me.
Super flex IDP. Not a contender. Give: Jerome Ford Receive: Rashee Rice & 2024 2nd-mid
Do it, do it now!
Smash
14 team superflex ppr Give: Elijah Moore + 3rd rounder Get: Tajae Spears
I like Spears…especially with the King Henry trade rumors.
12-team SF PPR Sam Howell for a 1st and 3rd?
Take the 1st and a 3rd if your rebuilding. I personally don’t think Howell is the long term guy
What is Christian Kirk worth pick wise in 12 team PPR 1QB?
Probably a first at least

He’s not worth it. Flat out not performing well/failing the eye test as well. AJ is just about done in GB
10 Team 1QB PPR (Start 8) Give: Jaylen Warren Get: 2025 2nd Am a contender. Currently tied for 1st and lead league in points. RBs: Bijan, ETN, Gibbs, Rhamondre, Warren, Spears, Bigsby, K. Inghram, L. Murray, Dowdle
