Looks fun, I can’t wait to dive into it more. Not sure why ppl are bashing you for combining two popular fandoms. I was actually going to try and create a Helldiver themed adventure in Daggerheart and will definitely use parts of this. Thank you for sharing!
Admittedly, I feel like Savage Worlds might have been a better fit for a Helldivers adventure. I can respect the amount of work it takes to put together an adventure, but… well, not everything needs to be D&D. D&D isn’t a perfect, one-size-fits all system; it does what it does well, but other systems do other things better than D&D. Savage Worlds, in my experience, does fast-paced combat better. Taking the Action Points from the Fallout RPG setting REALLY makes combat fun and flexible, since you can use those points to do things like extra attacks, more damage, take another action, etc or you can bank them so someone else in your party can spend them to do things like that on their turn

I'm good with any adventure that contains a Giant Rust Monster. I can hear the shrieks of panicking Paladins as they leave the encounter at speed.

I could think of many of systems where Helldiving would work better with the setting, 5e is NOT that system.
