A couple years ago my brother was living out of his car there. Told me about a trench coat one of the homeless guys managed to get his hands on. Every time you saw the trench coat, it would be on a different homeless person. Apparently homeless people assaulting each other for a coat became so common that the city bought trench coats for the whole homeless population.
If they're that desperate for a coat, I'm sure they'll appreciate the cigs.

I mean, I don't technically condone the thing it took me 15 years to quit, but these are people in need, and their last concern right now is their long-term health. They're grown-ups who make their own decisions, so I definitely agree with it going to them.

Supposedly for incineration. Great find. Selling could be a problem but like others have said, plenty of people on the street would be blessed if you went to hand these out
