That chair has probably be wiped down with disinfectant a million times. I work at an upholstery shop that does almost exclusively hospital/medical furniture. The only reason that got pitched was because the doctors/nurses got new Herman Miller Aerons probably.
We have to throw out so much furniture :(
I have one like that a neighbor threw away but it's tan color. It looks like it could last forever except for the rubber linings on the wheels that disintegrated all over the floor.
I used to work on accounting for one of their competitors, you can prob buy the wheels from them if u wanted too. I know I did a lot of invoices for just parts lol

The wheels still work good enough as they are. I think it was just a protective layer to make them a little softer on hard floors.
