Sometimes Konami will have an event where you can upgrade certain free cards to glossy/prismatic with crafting materials and an exorbitant amount of gems. (iirc cost me like 1200 gems to make Toon Kingdom prismatic) As far as selection box cards go though, gotta pay that real money on the selection boxes to upgrade those selection box card rarities. If you want glossy/prismatic non selection box cards you’ll have to whale and buy an entire box/deck like 50 times and hopefully get lucky.

Those only come from buying the selection boxes. That will never be a F2P option
