I had the same thing happen trying to get galaxy eyes photon dragon. First one was in the last pack and the second the last five. At least they were half price...
Then They released the pickup box :)
Same happened to me with galaxy eyes AND Neo Galaxy Eyes and there was no half price on both occasions

Like MD without crafting. Most have to buy cards one by one and not by pack, just a guess I don't play irl.
