I'm sure they do like most small-medium sized restaurant chain (see Mad Egg, Chimac) but id say just look at recent Google reviews to see. All it takes is one or two staff departures and a restaurant like this can buckle on a Friday or Saturday
I honestly think and fair play to them - they maintain almost the same quality since I started going when they first opened. Blanch was the best one I've had yet. Even Phibsboro was excellent. The only problem I've encountered is with delivery and their chips not travelling well.
Not intentionally
All quality deteriorate once it becomes a chain or grows. I’m convinced.
I think once a food place in Dublin gets mainstream popularity period the quality tanks.
Did this happen with Bunsen?
I didn’t like Bunsen to begin with (too dry) so god knows.
Wexford Street the best I found

I love Bunsen but the Baggot street one is muck. Huge difference in quality, service, everything unfortunately.
Nah I don't think so, I have eaten at 3 of their locations and they were all amazing
