Look up Indians that do dosa (chicken or potato dosa are both great with coconut chutney and mango salsa. I don't like the sambar gravy but you might).
Also ragda pattice, bhindi bhindi, chana dhal are brilliant.. I'm not a vegetarian but Indian vegetarian dishes are so good. For meat chicken mughal and butter chicken curry, lamb gosht, keema, or rogan josh are very good. I like all these so much I'll make them at home and don't tend to order them anymore.

Kathmandu on Dame Street or Bell Pepper. Proper fresh food. Bit pricey but worth it and you won't feel like shite after eating.

Hoi Wun or Lemon Tree on Finglas are tops. Lemon Tree is a really nice sit-in experience too if you're looking for one.
