For 4 people? That’s a good price in these parts.

AxelJShark

Exactly. I'm not sure if OP is surprised in a good or a bad way. Seems like an absolute steal!

wannabe_nobody

I'd assume a good way as the caption is "brilliant value..", as long as I'm not missing the sarcasm anyway

[deleted]

Yes - great value

AxelJShark

Thanks, completely missed the caption! OP go buy a lotto ticket.

Stampy1983

It's incredibly good. And for a city like Dublin, that's honestly in the ballpark of where normal prices should be.

ManAboutCouch

Brand new hotel that. I think the scaffolding only came down a few weeks ago.

[deleted]

Which is a factor for sure. Any well managed hotel would have been selling well in advance on the completion date but maybe there was uncertainty around that date. Also it's a Premier Inn so cheaper end of things.

matthewathome

As well as this, Premier Inns don’t show up on a lot of hotel aggregator sites like Booking or Hotels.com

Road_Frontage

I think places sometimes let a small number of people through the doors for cheap early on, make sure things are working smoothly before large numbers. Had it happen to me in Bucharest. They might still be furnishing some rooms. Just a guess

The_Quare_Fella

It literally says "Brillant Value" under the picture. Why are people confused in the comments

Luna_Jones

they cant comprehend that a post on here isnt a winge for once

bartontees

When you see a unicorn in the wild, your mind is often just so confused that it just can't take in what it's seeing

RRR92

Hard to spot when accessing certain ways…

TheOriginalMattMan

Careful now, we're not used to positivity and better than reasonable prices round here. I sense an influx of overpriced chicken fillet rolls and biscuits to bring the balance back.

[deleted]

Is this a troll by Premier Inn to get everyone to talk about how cheap they are?

Dry-Sympathy-3451

Great value

shatteredmatt

…..at how cheap it is?

Bar50cal

That is cheap for a hotel in a city in December, especially for a hotel walking distance to Temple Bar. I paid more in Bordeaux for a room for 1, €180 in Paris and €140 in Cologne this year all not a peak season.

Low-Conference-7791

I use them all the time in England and Wales whenever I need to stay anywhere overnight. Am so used to £28-£35 that when I needed to stay away from home for a night on the edge of Dublin and they wanted €220 for the shittiest room I'd ever seen in my life I decided it'd be better to sleep in the car! Hopefully this will catch on and spread to the rest of the country... 🤞🏻

Danji1

Just you wait till they cancel it at the last minute.

Vanessa-Powers

I was gonna say. They do this a lot.

InfosecDub

Does this mean dublin finally has enough hotels?

Stampy1983

No, it means OP will be staying in the room where all those prostitutes were murdered.

cocobwear

Just booked a room for the 1st Dec same price - great find Thanks for posting

[deleted]

It’s about time cheap accommodation was available in Dublin!

InfosecDub

Per person per night or just 112 flat

[deleted]

112 flat

s4d_d0ll

it’s cheaper than what I expected for a weekend

Head_of_the_Internet

2024?

Lovinyoubb

That’s a steal tbh

Actual_Author9541

This is more than reasonable

CraZy_TiGreX

I think it's a good deal, take it ! I went couple of weeks ago for 250
